New Stan Bush album “The Ultimate”
Just released!
The Ultimate is Stan Bush’s 12th studio album and delivers his most electrifying work yet! Reuniting with “Touch” collaborator Lenny Macaluso for the powerful title anthem, The Ultimate sees Bush return with the kind of uplifting motivational rock that has become his signature. With his latest release, the veteran rocker strikes the perfect balance between his high-octane, positively-charged style and mature, emotive songcraft.
Stan Bush is best known for his song “The Touch,” made famous by Transformers: The Movie, an anthem for Transformers fans around the world, "The Touch" was released for Guitar Hero in 2009 and has been featured on NBC’s Chuck, FOX’s American Dad, Deep Silver’s Saints Row IV and in the motion picture Boogie Nights.
“The Touch was remixed by High Moon Studios in 2013 for their hit video game Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. The new “The Touch – Power Mix” is featured on the new album, and there’s a music video with footage from the game.

Can't understand why Bay won't have him for the movies.

Are there any explosions in the music? If not, that'll be your answer.

CURRENT fame? The man has been doing it since the 80's. Regardless of his talent, it's quite sad he keeps trying to hold onto his 15 seconds of fame from nearly 30 years ago.

Has he? I didn't follow TF fandom in the 90's to early 2000's. I though he just jumped back on the bandwagon recently, like in the last 5 years or so.
Now it is more pathetic than I previously thought.

Keep singin', Stan and I'll keep listenin'.
I don't hate the man. I just think that one would move on SOMETIME after milking a one hit wonder. Not that he is the only one that ever did it, but the eighties are long over. It reminds me of the Village People milking YMCA or the like. And look at the pic of him. Its a fifty+ year old man standing like he really thinks he has the "touch". Not to mention the album/song names. The ULTIMATE. The UNSTOPPABLE.

'Continuity'-wise, that is.
I guess Thrust tackling Optimus, then the Constructicons killing Red Alert would've thrown off the vibe.

Cool video though.
How many more times are you going to come to a thread about a guy you apparently don't like to post how horrible a person he is for making his music? Personally I hope he makes plenty more kick ass songs. Viva la Stan Bush

I can understand some of the ugly sentiment regarding him, but the fact that he even had some semi-hits on which to hang his hat on is an accomplishment. So, while I'm sure that when he was learning to play music he didn't dream of becoming the de-facto musician for a line of toys, it's better than 99% of struggling musicians out there.
I'm sure most people here would hang on to whatever they could as well if they had the chance.
