Probably why they chose to change the name to "outlet" instead of clearance. Worse yet is they seem to be indicating that this is a temporary price drop rather than a permanent one. Feels more like they're just trying to clear overstock.

HTG = Hasbro Toy Group

Looking through the list of sellers most of them claim to be from Japan, but one is TFSource so the listing itself is legit, but that doesn't mean the seller didn't sneak a KO into their lot. One review claims they got a very used one, but that seems to happen fairly often on Amazon.

Target has all transformers at 30% off with Target Circle this week. They should also allow you to price match anyting bought last week to get a 30% refund if you keep your receipts.

Pretty sweet deal; my SS86 Blaster was delivered today, and on a Target run for other items, took him back, got the promo deal, plus 5% off with my RedCard, so ended up getting him for just over $25. If I count the $10 off $50 because of all the other items we bought, he was roughly $15.
Just wish Origins Wheeljack would’ve been there.

They'll wait till Sunday right after the sale, just like how they took the turtle, target prime, and the cliffjumper set down again right before the last sale and this one, and put it back up for preorder right after the last sale ended

I think that's just a coincidence. I pre-ordered the four pack for $60 during one of the recent sales and pre-ordered Origin Wheeljack for $28 during another. I've pre-ordered a whole bunch of figures during these various sales over the years. I've been checking Target daily for Brawl this past week and haven't seen the four pack, Target Prime, or the TMNT figure available at any point. Pretty sure Bonecruncher was first made available during a sale or shortly before one started as well.

They do, and it's weird that they keep listing partial cases. Like right now they have Strong Arm, Detritus and Core Energon Megatron available, the rest of their cases have not been.

I finally found SS86 Frenzy at my local Target. The only copy. Of course, after all of the hunting I did, they had one Origibs Wheeljack as well.
I will say it was nice to get Frenzy for $8.25. I still can’t believe Core class figs are normally almost $13…

Just the other day I was wondering why we haven't had a big Hasbro Pulse sale yet this year, and then this showed up in my inbox this morning:

Starts MONDAY at 10AM ET! Super short notice, but I know what I'll be doing in the morning. My Transformers shopping list is pretty short as far as in stock figures go, mostly the Beast Wars 2 packs I don't have, MP Hoist, the second Jurassic Park set, Takara Tomy's big ROTB Optimus Primal, and a few recent mainline figures I haven't picked up yet. We'll see what's actually available for discount.

Well this sale was a bust. Previous years they put new stuff on there and several pages worth, but the Transformers selection is pretty sparce this time around. I owned all but two things on there and only one was on my list and I can probably get a better price later if I wait.

Oh, interesting! I didn't buy that, but I did buy a bunch of other stuff that I had been keeping an eye on and hoping to find on clearance at Target, but never did. Ended up getting some $150 or so worth of stuff for $35, what a steal! We'll see what kind of condition they show up in.

Well, the condition was none at all, they cancelled my entire order today because one item out of the three was out of stock. :roll:

It was the massive Flash Movie Batwing with Keaton Batman, I think it was originally a Target exclusive.

Seems to be a normal thing for them because they make it easy to select the items from the cancelled order and reorder, which I did and already got a shipping notice so I don't know why it took so long before to figure out one item was out of stock. Just glad the coupon still worked.

Walmart is advertising Movie retro reissue Blaster for $20. Looks like Hound is now $14.97 and Kickback is $26.88.

We thank EmoTim for letting us know that Walmart has the Transformers: Retro 40th Anniversary Autobot Blaster & Steeljaw for only $20. This is a major discount from its original $50 price. For those not in the know, this Blaster sports the most animation accurate deco we've ever gotten for the G1 toy.
