There are a bunch of the original Rescue Bots figures on the first page of Transformers Prime Day deals for the price they sold for when new, 6 years ago.

Amazon prime day seemed like a bit of a bust. I thought more things would actually be on sale. I had hopes when I saw the TRU sale too but they jacked up the free shipping benchmark to nearly 30 bucks. No thank you.

Besides, none of the items I wanted were on sale from either. TRU didn't even have some of the titans return figures that I wanted listed on their site. Still, it's better than ordering things I am not 100% intent on buying just to get free shipping. (I hate paying for essentially nothing and sometimes it's cheaper to pay a couple bucks more for an item than shipping.)

The great deals on Titans Return Voyager Megatron and Titans Return Voyager Optimus Prime sold out quickly. TRU didn't have anything I wanted either.

The best Prime Day deals were yesterday when the sale first started. They had tons of Transformers on sale, but they were vanishing from my cart pretty quickly in that first hour so all I was able to snag was Leader Soundwave and Legends Roadburn for a grand total of... $18.99.

They are still doing lightning sales so there's a chance of more things going on sale.

The Covenant of Primus is now down to $33. It's been up for a while has only sold 14% so far so I'm going to hold off and see if the price goes down any lower.

This Fort Max is $84.83 after the extra 30% Prime Day savings.

It's a shame the DVD sales are only 10% off, after tax you aren't saving much.

They probably have more than that. Everything sold by Amazon that was on sale and "sold out" in the first hour and replaced with higher priced items from other sellers went back into stock with Amazon at their normal price with out the PrimeDay discount a few hours later.

If anyone cares I did end up buying the Covenant of Primus at $33, the price didn't drop anymore.

The amzn.to links are affiliate links, which means someone is making money off of them. The only affiliate links that should be on Seibertron.com are ones for Seibertron.com. But rather than asking the forum staff to police this, I'll just write some code that converts other affiliate links into Seibertron.com affiliate links. Problem solved.

LOL I thought the same thing. I check Amazon frequently on my own and noticed a lot of those "deals." Never bothered to post them since they weren't that great. I thought it was a little odd they were so enthusiastically being posted by others, but figured it might help someone so whatever. Now it makes more sense.

I spotted a save $5 on TF purchase of $25 or more at TRU yesterday.



On all Transformers, I scanned a few TR products and verified that $5 was discounted

Just a heads up, Walmart appears to be in the process of cutting prices on a handful of things, including half off RiD Legions- $3, $15.83 for TLK Deluxes, and I saw a tag that says $5 "TRA RID Warriors Ast," though there weren't any RiD Warrior class figures to test out on a scanner.

If that last one is in fact RiD Deluxes, might be a good thing to look out for.

Edit: The TLK deluxe price is reflected on their website.
