Mad Blender? That's BRILLIANT! HAHA! I wish I had the cash to get these guys because they're going to make an epic Not-Devastator! Things are looking good for this right here.

These guys are on their way to greatness. I have had no problem, but knowing it will automatically be addressed just in case makes me feel good. Nice work TFC.

Pleased to see this follow-through with the Quality Control issues. I still don't plan to buy this guy until they release the whole set, but my confidence is growing that we'll see that day.

Now, if they released them as one big set, as some people were complaining they weren't, TFC wouldn't have been able to address any QC problems that arose. The fact they are giving a replacement part as an extra with the next fig says a lot for this company. It is good PR and good customer relations. On the subject of the digger, it is very stiff but as long as you don't over force it, there isn't a problem.

The names on these boys make me want to buy these figures out of sheer hilarity.

Personally I don't want to see a finished Hercules as I want it to be a surprise for when I complete the set. I know I don't have to look, but it's inevitable that I'm going to stumble upon a photo.
I'm struggling to understand the problems TFClub are reporting. Is it unsynchronized feet and digger arms breaking off their bases? I've had no such problems but if TFC are providing a newly designed digger I wouldn't mind them getting rid of that concrete hard base pivot.
Everything considered though, top marks to TFClub for their customer care. They obviously realise the significance of this project and customers' uncertainty about cost .vs. quality. It's very reassuring to know that they're not just going to leave us to fend for ourselves.
Thank you TFClub.

After all my posts poo-pooing this, sitting on the fence, etc, I pulled the trigger and ordrered Exgraver and Heavylabor from RK - I panicked for about 5 seconds reading their Facebook post last night, before seeing that they have already taken steps to remedy the problem.
Massive kudos to them, I am still waiting for news on their not-Reflector as I want that one sooo bad - hopefully supporting this release will give them the working capital to get Reflector out soon too

Mad Blender and Neck Breaker ??? The hell with using stupid namess. I will refer to them simply as Bonecrusher and Mixmaster. And I wont be using the word "NOT" because if it looks like a duck and it quacks then it's a duck. You guys are too much with that "NOT" sillyness...
It is good to see that they they going all out to fix potential problems. Hats off to TFC. My Scavenger is still sitting in my pile of loot and now I will have an extra shovel just in case. Third parties rule !!!

I'm happy to hear they are addressing the excavator arm base issue. I have two Exgravers, both have stress marks but only one went ahead and broke. Everything is still attached, a crack just went all the way through the housing. It actually moves much more freely now that the crack is allowing the ratchet joint to expand. Pretty impressive that they are going to include a new excavator arm with every Heavylabor, that has got to be expensive considering the size of that piece. Just hope it doesn't delay the release of Heavylabor, but if it does I'm okay with it.

I don't think I'm ever going to refer to him as Mixmaster ever again. Mad Blender is much more creative and awesome.

I can't wait to see the last two.
Also, I haven't had any problems with my Scavenger crane, but an extra one would be cool.

They are not exchanging the diggers. They are including a redesigned one with the next figure Heavylabor. You have to buy Heavylabor to get the new digger.

We'll include a new designed digger in our upcoming second release – Heavylabor
If you are not planned to be getting Heavylabor, you can receive it independently.

Ok then missed that part my fault. They have not revealed how they are handling that yet.

This is a pretty nice touch by TFC. My Exgraver is still in my PoL but I'm glad I'll have a replacement shovel arm for him just in case.
