I’ve been playing for... less than a year I think? I haven’t burnt out yet but for anyone who’s cooled off on the game does this motivate you to give it another shot?
Sound off Seibertronians! Lemme hear your praise or feel free to spew some humorous vile venom about your experiences with the game.

New Bots: Blades & Dirge
Two Aerial bots are joining the Earth Wars this weekend!

Despite his aerial proficiency and high-altitude targeting dexterity, Blades is a 'street-level' kind of 'bot, preferring to look his foe in the optic and get down and dirty like the streetfighter he is. He considers long-range attacks unsporting and cowardly, and would rather detach his rotor blades and slash through the enemy ground forces. But most times Blades concedes he was built for the skies, and his twin rocket launchers and dazzling photon bursts make him a highly effective aerial asset. Something his fellow Protectobots deeply appreciate.

Safe Zone: Drop a hack bomb dealing damage in an area. Confuse the targets for seconds (reducing their attack speed to 40% and making them attack your foes).

It's fair to say Dirge is a tank half-empty kind of 'con. His mournful, silent manner unnerves even his fellow Decepticons, and the sound of Dirge's engines has an uncanny effect on friend and foe alike. The chilling overture is merely the prelude to the petrifying fear they induce in whoever's in audio range, the unique combination of frequencies inducing acute, paralyzing fear and disorientation. However, if Dirge's concentration slips, he can fall prey to his own engine noise. But then he always has his air-to-air missile launchers and machine gun ports to fall back on.

Fear Inducing Signal: Drop a hack bomb dealing damage in an area. Confuse the targets for seconds (reducing their attack speed to 40% and making them attack your foes).
Check out Dirge in battlefields in Skywarp Greer's latest video!

DIRGE : First Look. New Bot: Transformers Earth Wars

Dawn Of TITANS
The Prime Core struggle has woken from their slumber the towering behemoths Metroplex and Trypticon. It will take the combined might of a whole Alliance to take them down before they ravage through Cybertron.
You can soon fight the Titans Metroplex and Trypticon in Raid battles and win cool new rewards...

More powerful than even the strongest combiner, these two Titans are coming to Earth Wars to fight against you in Raids!
Stay tuned for more details.

Under investigation

Here is the issue reported that we've been investigating:
- Slash & Rippersnapper change targets and prioritise enemy outpost bots even though they are far away

- Bots getting stuck running on walls
- There were a few issues causing this problem, a fix will be coming with the next version update.

Transformers Earth Wars mobile game is ready to very literally take things to the next level! Thanks to Youtube member Skywarp Greer we have his view of his beta test of the mighty Titan who don’t mind fightin’, Metroplex! And thanks to Youtube member Engineer Hoist we have a view of his beta test of the one mighty beast who turns your city into a feast, Trypticon! Although the factors mentioned in the videos are subject to change they do both note a repayment of ability points for every life bar taken out – how many life bars there are for each appears to vary, and also changes depending on whether they are in robot or city/base mode. Both have an attack range that stretches across the whole board and appear to be a far more formidable force than you’ve encountered in your playing before. It does not appear clear what will trigger robot mode versus base mode on these giants, but it is going to be a feature exclusive to Alliance raids so you may not be seeing these all the time, but it will surely be worth the wait. Skywarp Greer mentions he believes these to be up and ready sometime next week, possibly Tuesday or Wednesday. Ready to jump back into the game to check these beasts out? Let us know your thoughts in the forums.

Wrath of Hades
Evil Order
Peaceful Tyranny
Congratulations!

Titans have arrived!

The behemoths known as Titans have landed on Earth! The Titans are currently live in Raid battles!
A Challenge Battle facing off against the Titans is available via an in-game newsfeed now.
We have also introduced a new battle boost inspired by the Titans ability! This battle boost will be a part of the reward in the Titan Raids event, Titan Beam!

Titan Beam: Summon the Titans power with this beam dealing huge amounts of damage (3,060 for HQ16) in a large area.

Note: The amount of damage changes depend on the booster level (MK1,2 & 3) and HQ Level. Check out our wiki for the stats.
As we mentioned in last week’s newsletter, there will be a Hall of Fame in the newsfeed following the event listing which alliance used the least amount of attacks to take down The Titans!

New 5-Star Legacy Crystals

Our newest lineup of powerful 5-Star bots has hit the store, but don’t fret if you haven’t finished collecting all of the previous rotation!
The following 5-Star bots were added to the shop as a 5-Star Legacy Crystal yesterday:
Elita-1 & Lugnut
Blaster & Soundwave
Sludge & Straxus
Prowl & Brawl
Ratchet & Hook

Shanix Store Update

The Shanix Store rework is at last completed! The update to the store went live yesterday. The following changes have been made:
- Squad Core Chip added to the store
- Power Core Chips have been removed as they have not been very popular

Under investigation

Here are the issues reported that we've been investigating:
- Long loading times during the first boot after a fresh install or a version update. Loading time goes back to normal after a restart.
- Slash & Rippersnapper tend to chase Outpost Bots after finishing their abilities even though those Bots are far away.
- Inspiring charge effect doesn’t apply to all bots.
- We are investigating why in some instances the effect doesn’t apply.
We would like to thank you for your time and patience, and if you have any issues to report, please get in touch with us here: support@transformersearthwars.com. Alternatively, you can reach out to us in game via Menu > Community > Contact Support.

Bug Fix

The following bug Fix is coming to the game soon!
- Sky Lynx and Blitzwing can’t do a second explosion after igniting a target.
- In order for Flamestrike to cause an explosion, the target needs to be under the effect of either Cloud or to be Ignited (Blue flame). Due to the bug fix of making the duration of ignition be the stated 6 secs, the second explosion will only be possible when SL or BW are close to the target. Exploding the Shroud has not been affected and it should be possible to chain a number of explosions while the Shroud is active.

That was one of those rumors I'd heard or seen wished about since the beginning of this game.
It's been fun taking teams against Metroplex. They get sent packing, of course. But it's still fun.

New War League: Prime League

Later next week we will be introducing a new war league Prime League above the current highest Cybertron League.
This league is a bit different than the current leagues. The difference is that in every war battle in this league, special effects will apply to the defenders' buildings. Effects that can vary from an increase in HP or DPS to increased speed, or range of the defences.
The League effects will usually change every other month and will be clearly displayed in the war declaration screen and in the Battle/Scouting screens.
We will also be tracking the war wins for Prime league separately, to highlight how alliances are handling this new challenge and who is the best at it. You will be able to see these wins in the Alliance Info Page and also as a new field in the Wars Won leaderboard.

We are also planning on having a seasonal tally and highlight which alliances have won the most Prime League wins during that season. These seasons will match the change of League effects and will be clearly communicated in advance before they start. More details on this later.
League Promotion
Since we know that this additional challenge is not for everyone, we will not be automatically promoting alliances to this new League after winning in Cybertron. Instead, the Alliance's officers will get the option to promote to Prime League after winning a war in Cybertron.

In the Alliance war screen, officers will now see the above, with information of the Prime League’s effects and the option to Promote or continue fighting in Cybertron. This promotion option will only be available to go into Prime League for now. The rest of the leagues will still use the automatic promotion system based on wins.
The new Prime League will go live next Thursday on the 20/06!
War History
With the newly updated war league, we also wanted to bring a much-requested feature. The ability to check the war history of the alliance.
On the Alliance info screen for each alliance, you will get an extra War History tab. In this tab you can check the wars this alliance has taken part in the last 15 days, with details about the opponents and which league the war took place in.

Also if this is your own alliance, you will be able to tap on each war and open the alliance leaderboard for that war with detailed information of member attempts and scores. This feature will be available this Thursday with the content release.
For more details on this new League join us in our Stream this Thursday!

Titans: Hall of Fame

The great cityformers known as The Titans bounded into Raids last week and you rose to the occasion! We hope that you enjoyed the introduction of these devastating new foes as an exciting new addition to Raids!
Congratulations to the alliances below who exerted the least amount of attacks to take down the mighty Titans and have earned a spot in our Titans: Hall of Fame!

1 - Prime Union
2 - Primus
3 - TF Cybertron Ops
4 - TF ILLICIT OPS
5 - PRIME DINOBOTS

1 - Scorched Earth
2 - SCORCHED MOON
3 - Darkness Within
4 - Scorched Unicron
5 - stonecutters

New G1 Power Cores

Starting later this week, the following bot duplicates have a chance to drop the newest G1 Power Cores.
Each of these G1 Power Cores will give them a classic look and unique abilities!

G1 Laser Optimus & G1 Armada Megatron:
Give these G2 Leaders an exclusive G1 look! Also increases their Special Ability damage and generates a shield which absorbs 20% of all damage for 15 seconds.

G1 Silverbolt:
Boosts Regular Attacks damage and every 20 seconds your attack stuns your target for 5 seconds.

G1 Drag Strip:
Increases Special Ability damage and on attack, makes a decoy that has 30% of your health.Triggers every 15 seconds.

G1 Skydive:
Damage Reduction from Laser Turrets and Beam Lasers. While attacking, every 15 seconds you disappear in a halo and restore 7% health.

G1 Nightbird:
Increased health. While attacking, every 15 seconds you do a retreating backflip and restore 7% health.

G1 First Aid & G1 Hook:
Increases the power of your Heal Beam and gives you a 25% Move Speed boost.
The challenge battle to get a taste of these new G1 Power Cores will be available via in-game newsfeed!

Under investigation

Here are the issues reported that we've been investigating:
- Game will sometimes crash after doing a raid attack
- Reports on Skylynx & Blitzwing not able to do combo an explosion when a target is still under the effect of Plasma Shroud
- We have seen mention of this issue but would like to get some more reports so that we can investigate.
- This issue is caused by using the last boost of a certain type in a previous battle and then immediately after that try to scout a base. The boost will still be available in the next battle that you go in and the game will crash you out at the end of that battle, invalidating your attack.
We would like to thank you for your time and patience, and if you have any issues to report, please get in touch with us here: support@transformersearthwars.com. Alternatively, you can reach out to us in game via Menu > Community > Contact Support.

Bug Fixes

The following fixes went live!
- Star Saber & Deathsaurus didn’t cause damage with their ability to Shock towers and the Shield Generator
- Bots would sometimes walk away from buildings after doing one attack.
- This issue was also fixed this Monday
- This issue was fixed on Monday with a content push

At last the new top tier war league - Prime League - will go live this Thursday with a content release. Prime League is no joke, only reserved for our very top and most skilful alliances! If you lose one battle in Prime League you are immediately demoted back to Cybertron League.
Minimum alliance members to join Prime League is 30.

- 1,000 Premium Shards
- 30,000 Spark
- 400,000 Alloy
- 400,000 Energon

All defense buildings get a 5% increase to DPS

New Bots: Rook & Blot
One is a fearless Protectobot and the other is a vile Terrorcon, Rook & Blot are joining the Earth Wars at the end of the current saga!

One of the most instinctive strategists in the Autobot Earth forces, Rook's analytical/tactical mind belies his tendency to sometimes break ranks and charge headlong into the oncoming enemy forces.
Not that Rook has much to fear from incoming fire. His durabyllium armor plating can withstand punishing blasts and hold up under crushing weight, and normally at the forefront of his mind is pulling some injured party from harm's way, a feat he accomplishes by switching to his equally armored vehicle mode and utilizing his powerful hydraulic claw. It's all in a day's work for this fearless and selfless Protectobot.

Blot is a mess. No two ways about it. Emotionally and physically.
His unfortunate habit of leaking bodily fluids (oil, hydraulic and Primus knows what else) exacerbates his already low self-esteem, and so he presents a generally apathetic instinct to hygiene generally.
It doesn't help that Blot is unintelligent and slovenly, and prone to suffer breakdowns from lack of fluid. But he is very strong, loyal and agile, his piercing claws enabling Blot to climb virtually any vertical structure, making him overall useful for the Terrorcons to have around. In robot mode he's armed with a slime gun that fires a stream of odious corrosive liquid.
Their Special Abilities will be revealed in the next week’s newsletter!

Bug Fixes / Updates

The following bug fixes/updates are coming to the game soon.
- Slash & Rippersnapper could be targeted by Raid buildings during their abilities.
- 5* Perceptor and Bombshell’s ability cost increase is now 2 instead of 3, in line with the other star level.
The Slowdown Photon Silver Core now changes the beam laser colour from orange to blue (now similar to the Bronze and Gold Core).
Previously, Lugnut received the squad effect of the Warrior cores. Since he is of the Special Class, he is now solely affected by the effect of the Special Class Squad Core.
Previously, Elita-1 received the squad effect of the Warrior and Special Class cores. Since she is of the Special Class, she is now solely affected by the effect of the Special Class Squad Core.

New Bots: Rook & Blot
Ready your team for the two newest recruits to join the Earth Wars - Rook & Blot!
There will be a challenge battle available later this week for you to take our newest Protectobot and Terrorcon for a test ride!

In robot mode he's armed with a slime gun that fires a stream of odious corrosive liquid.

Explosive Decoy
Place a decoy that has 65% of your Health and attracts defences. When destroyed, it explodes dealing damage in a large area. Only one decoy can be active at a time.

Bug Fixes / Updates

The following bug fixes/updates are coming to the game soon.
- Raid Beam Laser may now retarget between each attack, making abilities such as Pipes’ Defensive Rush work on them.
- We have fixed an issue where Huffer/Lockdown dying was killing Blaster/Soundwave's minions.
The HQ equipped with the Point Defense Beam or the Omni-Flamer core could target Slash/Rippersnapper even in their stealth mode.
Slash and Rippersnapper critical hit in their ability mode was dealing less damage than announced in the ability description. We have increased the damage dealt in order to match the ability description.

It’s been almost 2 weeks since we introduced the new Alliance league: Prime League. And we hope you are enjoying fighting in the new league.
To make it more competitive and rewarding, we are running a special event starting this Friday!
One alliance who has achieved most wins in Prime League during the period below will receive special rewards!
Start Date: 05/07/19 10:00 UTC
End Date: 24/07/19 10:00 UTC
Rewards

Please note: You must stay in your alliance until prizes are awarded.
Also in order to increase the number of Alliances currently fighting in the Prime League, we will be temporarily disabling the opt-in promotion to the new league and will be automatically promoting alliances that have done 2 wins in the Cybertron League.
This change will go live on this Thursday with the content push and will last for at least a week.

Bug Fixes / Updates

The following bug fixes/updates are coming to the game soon.
- Cybertron Starscream stun and damage buff
- Bombshell and Perceptor confuse ability could stack with other confuse ability (forcing defences into unexpected behaviour). This will no longer be the case this Thursday.
- Silverbolt and Thundercracker special ability damage over time ticks at a faster cadence than before bringing the damage closer to the amount in the description text.
- After the end of their ability, Slash and Rippersnapper will no longer retarget outpost bots across the map.
- The grenade reach of Hook/Ratchet/Shockwave/Wheeljack now matches the range of their special abilities. This means the bots won’t need to move for the grenade to reach the outer rim of the range circle.
- These fixes/updates will go live with a content release this Thursday
- This fix is already live

New Bots in Progress
At the end of the current saga, two new bots will join the Earth Wars! Let us share the creation process of Rhinox and Tarantulas with you.

Similarly to the Beast Wars characters appearing in Transformers: Earth Wars before him, Rhinox retains his animal form with accentuated robot details. In order to fit him in our lore and ease his transformation, we have decided (with Hasbro’s benediction) to turn it in grey and simplify the texture of its organic fake skin.

With only a few alterations, Tarantulas design in Transformers: Earth Wars remains really close from Beast Wars 10th Anniversary Tarantulas toy.

Under Investigation

Here is the issue reported that we've been investigating:
- The fix for Slash/Rippersnapper chasing around outpost bots has introduced an issue with their ability. They will not keep hitting the targeted building after the first time and if there are buildings next to it they will switch to them.
- We are currently working on a fix

Bug Fixes / Updates

The following fix went live earlier this week
- Prime League victory not counted in leaderboard
- We have reverted them back to being optional, this will fix the results for upcoming Prime League Wars. Meanwhile, ALL Prime League victories are being tracked and will count towards the results of the Special Event (including the wins not reflected in the Leaderboard)

New Bots: Rhinox and Tarantulas
Rhinox & Tarantulas are joining the ranks this weekend!
Let us share their ability as we’ve tweaked them since last week to make them more balanced.

Life Stealing Charge:
Rush into combat imprisoning buildings on your path for 7 seconds. The vines deal damage per second, slows down defences by 70% and heals your nearby allies by a percentage of the defence’s damage value per second.

Check out Skywarp Greer’s latest video to see Tarantulas in action!

As usual, their challenge battle will be available via in-game newsfeed prior to the weekend event.

Collections: Update

Two new teams have been added to the collections the Protectobots and Terrorcons.
The Protectobots are a team of emergency, rescue and law enforcement bots dedicated to the protection of humans and their homes.
The Terrorcons are savage beings, sometimes little more than feral creatures. True to their name, they tend to inspire terror in their enemies.
Check out the collections after the content release this Thursday!

Prime League: Update
With the launch of Prime League, one of the top feedback we had was for some kind of reward for participating alliances due to the league’s difficulty. So we have enabled the following rewards for the Alliance that loses the war.
- 10,000 Spark
- 250 Premium Shards
- 250,000 Energon
- 250,000 Alloy
The competition for most wins has finished on Wednesday 24/07/19 10:00 UTC and the result will be announced in the newsfeed and newsletter!

Bug Fixes / Updates

The following bug fixes/updates are coming to the game this Thursday with a content release.
- Skylynx/Blitzwing regular damage were of the same type warrior’s and the HQ were resistant to it.
- Silverbolt/Thundercracker The damage over time effect from the special ability could be stacked multiple times on a single target.
- This is no longer the case.
- This should not be the case since Skylynx/Blitzwing is not a warrior and this has now been fixed. This means that their melee attack will also deal less damage to walls.
- This is now fixed.
Quintus Prime Core, the Sharkticon would sometimes push it into buildings and wall when summoned from the bot in a confined space.
- In order to mitigate this issue, the Sharkticon are now summoned further away from the bot.
