Good news for you Transformers fans in or near Fremont, Nebraska. The Rosenbauer Panther and Chevy Camaro that represented the vehicular forms of Sentinel Prime and Bumblebee will be on display Sunday 5-7 p.m. at Rosenbauer Aerials. In addition to the vehicles there will also be someone in Bumblebee costume for pictures.

The Fremont facility will host the truck, a Panther 6x6 aircraft rescue fire fighting vehicle, partially built there for the movie, "Transformers 3 Dark of the Moon," now playing at the Main Street 7 Theatres in the Fremont Mall.
The Bumble Bee, a yellow Camaro also in the movie, will be on display too, along with someone dressed in the Bumble Bee costume for photo opportunities.
There are some scars on it from the movie work and stuff blowing up

Did they mistakenly refer to Bumblebee as "the Bumble Bee", or do you think that's the name of the car?

I went, and it was pretty amazing to look up at Sentinel. You had the opportunity to sit in his cab and check out the inside.
Bumblebee on the other hand was roped off, but you were still close enough to touch him. You could see all the fun detailing inside with both doors wide open.
Even with the 102 degrees and 75% humidity, it was worth it.

Seibertron.com member Daniel Haynes (aka Animus Titan) has been kind enough to share a few pictures he snapped at the Sentinel Prime Rosenbauer Panther & Chevy Camaro Bumblebee showing that took place last Sunday at the Rosenbauer plant in Fremont, Nebraska. The announcement article in the Fremont Tribune was slightly off, it stated that both vehicles were used in the filming of Transformers Dark of the Moon, but as it turns out the yellow Camaro was just on loan from a local dealership. The Rosenbauer Panther however, was an authentic vehicle from the filming. He reports a good turnout for the showing, and a good time was had by all.
He also notes that with a heat index well over 100 degrees the lady that posed for photos in the Bumblebee costume was a real trooper! Enjoy his pictures from the event below.

Hmm. I wasn't there, but it appears that "Bumblebee" may be the version from the first movie. The fog lights and bumper are different in ROTF and DOTM.....

Since the Camaro is nothing but a stock SS you see nearly every day, its nothing to write home about. But the real Sentinel Prime is sic! You can tell its a movie vehicle cause of the slight scuffing and such. Thats really cool. Not to meantion the Rosenbauer is one of, if not the most advanced airport fire engines currently made. I'm in the emergency vehicle industry, and fire engines are umong my favorite! Hopefully the'll make a stop in Northern Califorina!

Having Sentinel's picure on the truck reminds me of the Simpsons episode where Milhouse is wearing a Radioactive Man costume that features a big pic of RM on it:
Milhouse: Check it out Lisa! I'm Radioactive Man!
Lisa: I don't think the real Radioactive Man wears a plastic smock with a picture of himself on it!
Milhouse: He would on Halloween!

Well, back to the subject. Nice, but my only concern is that these movies use quite a bit of potty mouthing. so if parents let them watch these movies, i think they'll end up potty mouthing. TF3 had it in half of the film (maybe a quarter on the worst side).
back to main point. Me, I think that would be awesome in Oregon. It's where I live, and! It's where The ARK crashed at in G1!
