So ,this is like a mix of both the U.S. Headmasters fiction and the Japanese The Headmasters cartoon.
In the U.S. fiction, Spike will become the head of Cerebros, who will become the head of Fotress Maximus.
In the Japanese fiction, Fortress would be in his head mode quite often, and once used a giant verison of Cerebro in one episode (like he's seen doing here).
