Like, the reason why the Porsche car is legendary among transformers fans is because of a different character.
But anyways, the Flash is where all the superbowl talk will be centered around, WOW

Well, among those not boycotting it over Ezra Miller. Hopefully they never make another movie again and fades away into obscurity before they hurt anyone else or worse, they should have been locked up a long time ago. The film industry, particularly Warner, has only enabled their behavior and crimes. I'll be watching the movie to support the best Batman, not that loser.

Porsche is a make, not a model.
G1 Jazz was a Porsche, but he was not a 911. Jazz was a 935 sporting an adaptation of the world famous Martini racing livery - which is cool, but probably not "legendary".
By comparison, the 911 was voted into the top 5 most influential cars of the 20th century (1st was the Model T) and was the only one of the 5 besides the VW Beetle that was still in production when the century ended. It has had a huge presence on streets and race tracks alike. I imagine when Hasbro calls the car legendary, that's the vitae they are referring to.
I believe IDW revamped Jazz as a 911 in their 2005 series, maybe, but that sort of proves the point - reinventing/updating Jazz involved giving him one of the most iconic car models of all time.
RotB Mirage will actually be the first Transformer based on a 911 to recieve a toy, I think, as well as the first one to do so with the official Porsche license.

There were rumoured to be more tests screenings of Transformers Rise of the Beasts back in December. This was kept on the low since it was unverified. However, the shot of Bumblebee on the cargo plan that we saw in the Superbowl spot was specifically stated in the description of those screenings. So, we are giving you all that info now, for those who want as much of info as possible.
It was said that they were testing out different scenes with different audiences so the scenes and plot points mentioned below may be different from what we ultimately see in the film (which is also an easy out if all this is just made up). To preserve anonymity, the source will not be mentioned.
Final Action Scene with Bumblebee as One Man Army: In the final action scene, Mirage, Noah and Elena are racing across a bridge as the Terrocons and their army are overpowering all the good guys. At this point, Bumblebee drops from the cargo plan transformer when all hope seems lost and lays waste to the Terrorcon army.
Bumblebee and Mirage both get close to death: Bumblebee is "mortally" wounded but is brought back (as we can see from the scene previously discussed). Mirage is also brought very close to death. As he is about to die, he gives Noah an "exosuit" which contains his essence and later we see Noah fixing up a Porsche 911 which transforms back into Mirage right before the credits. there is a scene prior to Noah fixing the car where he is recruited by Sector 7.
This last bit brings back something we have been stressing a lot lately to temper expectations. While this film might not tie to previously established storylines of the other films, it can still carry over any element from them as well. In this case, sector 7. Of course, this scene may not be in the final cut.

I guess I shouldn't have said boring, I should've said "Same-feeling." It feels like for some reason, there's no stakes, again. Oh Bumblebee is about to die? Psych he's fine. Oh Mirage is about to die too? Nah, he's fine too. I just feel like all these movies are rehashes of the same plot points and it's getting a little boring.

Transit looks interesting as well, if a bit less striking than Stratos.

Looking at Wheeljack's whole design, it looks good. I'm still not too sure about the head, but within the context of the whole body it doesn't look as off-putting.
I like how Transit looks, too! Too bad there's no alt-mode picture, I can't really tell what he turns into. With a name like that I would think some sort of Taxi or something. These designs seem very lively and characterful. They all deserve some good toys, which I look forward to. It should be easy to follow them on-screen, too.

While I do prefer Bee's 2007 76 Camaro design to ROTB, I do like the ROTB design more than his BB look. The door wings help the look a lot, and I like the more angular leg design. It's a compromise between Bayverse and BB design that I'm ok with.
Battletrap is very nicely detailed with a cool head sculpt, I do wish his legs were bulkier but I dig it overall.
Stratosphere is a cool new take on the character, he has some nice design carry-overs from the ROTF version - he has the alt mode canopy on his forehead, and he's still a Cargo Aircraft used by the USAF. I'm not as fond of humanoid faces on Transformers, but I like the whole pilot cap thing. The way the alt mode propellor blades wrap around the engines in robot mode is cool!
Transit may be my favorite design of the bunch, I think he'd fit in really nicely in a collection of Bay Decepticons (the highest award I can bestow a Transformers design post-Bayverse). The level of detail on him is great, my only concern is that if he transforms into a Bus, much like Mirage, he doesn't seem to have a level of robot mode bulk that corresponds to that kind of alt mode.

I LOVE Stratosphere. Just an amazing design. The props on the back could allow for flight in robot mode.
Not sure I knew about Transit, but very sweet bot mode. Is a Lambo?
Posted by Deadput on March 23rd, 2023 @ 6:26pm CDT
Nightbird's definitely cool while that Scourge render is unflattering, Optimus Primal robot mode is just Prime, love it.
Stratosphere looks pretty cool though even with the moustache I don't care that much either way for robot facial hair in the franchise, him being voice by John DiMaggio in addition to his colors and head design with goggles makes me think he's Crosshair's Grandpappy, must of taken the Paratrooper look in honor of him.
Transit looks wicked, could the head design be less insect like? Yeah, but it still looks wicked as hell and reminds me of Brimstone (the motorcycle one) from one of the movie toylines.
That also gives the leaks that talked about him by name a lot more credit although I recall the leak describing him as a School Bus and not a City one but overall it's still accurate, him being marked as a Terrocon on that wallpaper is probably more so for marketing purposes since he's apparently the only proper Decepticon in the film in addition to being this film's version of Blitzwing in being an opening hour character meant to get killed.

Turns into a bus like this one hence the amount of wheels, I believe this is a picture of the exact vehicle from the set.

That’s a good point. In the end, Galvatron was the only true Decepticon present. My theory is that the Bots have been tracking down Decepticon scouts since the BB movie (in anticipation of a Con Armada), and perhaps this particular scout found his way to the ancient(?) faction of Terrorcons, and fell in with Scourge.
All speculation of course, but I look forward to seeing him in action either way (and maybe in toy form).

Current scuttlebutt is that Transit gets Blitzwing'd early on in the movie, remaining the only true Decepticon in the movie before getting the ax.Stormshot_Prime wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Well, remember how AOE marketed all of its bad guy robots as Decepticons when neither Lockdown nor any of the KSI Prototypes were really Decepticons in the movie.Stormshot_Prime wrote:Interesting that Transit has a Decepticon insignia on his head, but is marketed as a Terrorcon? Weren't the terrorcons initially described as a third faction made up of bots that started as either Decepticon or Autobot?
