Of note, Transformers logo T-Shirts, caps, water bottles, key chains and other assorted accessories. The best part? The exclusive figures are also available online! Both Voyager Class Optimus and Megatron from DOTM, in exclusive Universal Orlando silver packaging (both $39.99 each) and Ride exclusive Evac in both Legion Class and Deluxe Class! Last, but not least, Deluxe Class DOTM Optimus Prime and Bumblebee, both with MechTech weaponry in exclusive packaging as well. And, of special note... The Allspark replica!
These exclusives were quite expensive to obtain seeing as you had to have entrance to the park, entrance to the ride and then make a stop at the shop at the end of the adventure. Average Evac prices hit the $40-50 range on eBay, and now he's far more affordable at $24.95 (plus shipping, and applicable taxes, of course) through this new online store.
You can access the store here and Evac in both Deluxe and Legion Classes.
You can see our galleries of the DOTM figures in their original packaging here.

And I have the Legend version already, which is actually a pretty cool little figure.

But hey, if Universal/Paramount/Hasbro has figured out a way to beat the sluggish economy with these jacked up prices, beans and biscuits for them!

Metrosuplex wrote:The price seems excessive... You'd think they'd be more affordable, considering how, previously, the purchase required a Universal ticket in order to even reach the shop. What do you call high prices that require an entry fee to purchase items during hard economic times?Oh yeah! FAIL.
But hey, if Universal/Paramount/Hasbro has figured out a way to beat the sluggish economy with these jacked up prices, beans and biscuits for them! For $25+, there are better TF products to buy, IMO.
(The online offering of these products demonstrates the high price strategy may not be working out locally for Universal, aye?)
Remember, everything in Theme Parks tend to be expensive owing to exclusivity. Drinks, hot dogs, a POLAROID CAMERA PICTURE on some cheap cardstock, shirts tend to somewhat as well. And because they've set the bar so high in the shops, Universal must now not risk also underselling their stores. I doubt Evac being cheaper online is going to convnce someone not to come to the park, but they still have to keep the costs competetive within their chains.
And while I understand the humor in your comment and what I hope was a cheek-planted tongue, the admittance fee just to get Evac is a bit excessive. Its like saying Costco metroplex is only 8 bucks, but if you don't have a Costco membership that price gets in the way. But how many people are going to Costco just for Metroplex? Most people are not going to Universal Studios to buy Evac.
Is it a 25 dollar figure? I dunno. Collectors on Ebay seemed to think so. I'd kinda like to get one, but I don't think I will. And I had the Legion one serving as Roller until the Legends figure came out, so he's in stoarge. Its an intriguing vehicle mode though, so maybe.

Anywho, The deluxe figure is actually a pretty good transformer in general, not overly complicated but looks decent in both modes.
We were just there last month, and my son's "forced" me to ride the ride about 10 times.
The shop at the end of the ride is TF heaven

From the look of it, you could always put Evac in with the WFC / FoC figures, too...
