Well that didn't take long. We just learnt of brand new Rescue Bots products coming out way and the ones people were most excited about have been found at Canadian retail. These are part of the Dinobots Adventures subline and are redecos to turn previously released Resce Bot toys into G1 Snarl, Sludge, Slag and Swoop. Those were some of my kid's favourite toys and since he had misplaced some of the original releases (because he is 3) you can bet your bottom dollar we took some home with us. All four have a quick conversion and a simple but satisfying action gimmick in dino mode. Slag does require some shaving of the plastic to make the one step transformation easier to do. This specific sighting is from a Toysrus in Montreal Canada. Unlike other Rescue Bots toys, these were not in the Playskool section but rather the main Transformers section.

We thank fellow Seibertronian Nuclearxpotato for letting us know of more images of Agent Ravage that have been posted on Facebook and Chinese social media. These show us that Agent Ravage is indeed based on the Kingdom Cheetor mold with most of the upper body being a completely new design with a different Transformation. The result is a rather organic looking big cat with guns on his hips. It's like an interpretation of what G1 Ravage would look like if the cassette turned into an organic animal rather than a robotic looking one.

We also see the instructions which show that this was indeed planned as a SDCC exclusive. While the world exclusive is thrown around, we have yet to confirm that this will only be obtainable at one retailer. Afterall, the Refraktor set was not an exclusive, so maybe this won't be either.

Buzzworthy Worlds Collide Set Found At Walmart but not in System + More Pics

We have further proof that a goof probably happened. The Buzzworthy Bumblebee toys have all been Target Exclusive so far and the Worlds Collide set, which includes Fangry, Nemesis Primal, Bumblebee and Blackarachnia in toy colours, was in Target's system at $85. But we have images of this set being found at Walmart instead. It is not in their system though and does not ring up. Some very lucky people have still been able to take them home.

Seibertron himself got a copy and is at work on some galleries. For now, we have some previews below along with more images of the box and its contents.

It is assumed that this is a one off fluke and most likely is a limited situation to the particular Walmart where they were found. This set should be available as a Target exclusive later this summer.

Wow, there is a lot to unpack here. Firstly, that image we saw yesterday of Agent Ravage is not fake. We have more images of this toy in package and even a video of someone handling the box. This toy is said to be this year's Pulsecon exclusive. This means it will at least be available on Pulse and probably from other fan channels, as the non exclusive Refraktor set was. The toy has the same style of leg transformation as deluxe Cheetor though the details are different enough that this might instead be a retool of the yet to be fully revealed Tigatron figure. We also don't have a clear idea of how big this toy is compared to Cheetor, which would be our biggest clue.

We also have images of the Buzzworthy Bumblebee Worlds Collide set which is probably the most random set we have ever gotten. It includes:

Generations Fangry, finally, made from the Titans Return Doublecross mold.
Nemesis Primal, which is the Kingdom Primal mold in Nemesis Prime colours with a new headsculpt.
Bumblebee, probably the most random one, since it's a bumblebee head on a yellow Earthrise Cliffjumper body, meaning that the volkswagen Bee is not getting the rerelease people expected, ensuring those e-bay prices stay high.
Toy colour Blackarachnia with a new head homaging the original toy.

The images of this set come from a user on Instagram who claims they were found at Walmart. We know this set is on Target's computers and that the Buzzworthy Bumblebee line is exclusive to Target in the US but has different retailer exclusivities all over the world. For instance, it is Toysrus exclusive in canada.

There have been lots of fake images floating around but just in case this is real, we wanted to share this one with you. it is a boxset of Covert Agent Ravage from the Beast Wars Season 2 finale. This has all the markings of an exclusive War for Cybertron boxset. What makes this most likely real is all the details on the box. This set seems to also come with G1 Ravage which is fun since in the actual show, Ravage did keep his original alt mode. This image popped up on the Vector Sigma facebook page.

TonTon Review just posted his video review of the SS-78 deluxe class RotF Sideswipe!
Last time we saw a Movie Sideswipe release was for the SS-29 DotM version from 3 years ago back in 2019. So that version was long overdue.

This is a repaint/retool of the previous DotM version, but this time Sideswipe has a roof in car mode. Of course, this results in a heavier backpack. The paint job is also very different from the previous version with more paint than ever before. SS-78 comes with all the accessories SS-29 had.

TonTon also provided us with an extensive comparison with SS-78 and SS-29.

Ptotoman posted an image taken in Montreal of some Porsches. Those present at the news conference for Transformers 7 Rise of the Beasts have said that the cars in this image look exactly like what was shown to them when Mirage was introduced. That's right, Mirage, not Jazz. And that's exactly what Protoman states in the Tweet that included this image.

While people are hopeful that it means that Hasbro got the Porsche license for toys, please remember that movie licenses and toy licenses are independent. As we saw with Dino (the previous "Mirage), the Ferrari License that was obtained for the film did not translate to a Ferrari License for toys.

Fellow user LinaNui has pointed out that Prime VS Prime just posted his video review of the highly anticipated Studio Series deluxe class Jolt!

This Jolt is a brand new mold and a complete redesign from it's ROTF original toy. It's made to be more faithful to his appearance on the big screen. This Jolt has been waiting for a long time because the last toy released was from Takara's Movie Advanced line in 2014. It was a repaint of the 2011 DOTM toy in more screen accurate deco.

This time however, it's not just the color that matches the screen, it's the sculpt itself. And a fresh mold is always welcome!

The Cyberverse Transformers line is having a soft reset with a name change so that retailers can know what product is new and should go on the shelves. A lot of this line is made up of figures we have already seen though. Unlike what some fans think, none of these toys are figures from old packages remove and placed in new packaging since Hasbro does not take back toys from retailers (retailers instead sell their unsold stock to market six stores). These are all newly made figures to ensure that the popular characters are on the shelves when the Cyberverse Netflix movies come out later this year. You will see repacks in all lines such as the scout, deluxe and one step line. Of the new characters, we have ultra class Sludge and warrior class Dead End. Dead End is rather interesting since he is the first warrior class figure to have a weapon that is detached from himself. The repackaged deluxes show the new packaging initiatives done by Hasbro to reduce plastic and they give us some pretty kick ass art. Oddly enough, they still come with the Macadam BAF piece. There are also the Dinobot combining figures and you can see the three that we know of so far including the newly found Grimlock/Wheeljack combiner.

Amazon Japan has posted preorders for two new Premium Finish Transformers figures: WFC Ultra Magnus and SS Movie 1 Megatron. As expected, these are just redecos so the Megatron toy still has the same chest. Since the original figure was fully painted, this one does not seem as premium a finish as other toys in this line. Ultra magnus on the other hand is definitely different from any previous release. Remember, the WFC Netflix show is based on the toys (which were made first) and the Walmart Netflix toys are so that the characters in the show are available when the show is on BUT these Takara releases are the only toys made after the final show deco is known. Hence why this version of a dying magnus is far more uniform over the Hasbro one. The toy is posed both as alive and as being shot by Megatron so you can use him as you wish.
These toys will also be available on Pulse and we know they are coming to BBTS so they are not exclusives. Magnus is near the $90 mark while Megatron is closer to the $60 mark.

While we all saw Generations Selects Galvatron the day before Hasbro officially revealed him, we do have one new pics to share, including one showing the rub sign. Also, this non exclusive toy is available at a myriad of online retailers and can be preordered right now and released in November. The MSRP is $52.99 USD (new leader MSRP price point) but certain online retailers are charging a bit more.

This figure is inspired by the classic G1 release in 1986 and comes with a sheet of foil labels, including a heat-sensitive sticker that reveals the Decepticon shield when you rub it with your finger!

We thank AcademyofDrX for sharing with us a listing of none other than the biggest Transformers Generations Selects release of the year, toy deco Galvatron. The full listing with descriptions and photos was found on the website of my local specialty retailer, CMD Store. To go full G1 toy effect, Hasbro went stickers galore on this release.

This is not an exclusive figure, any retailer wanting to order it can. The places most likely to order this toy are online collector focused stores.

Fellow Seibertronian Sabrblade has told us of a new trailer for Netflix' upcoming Transformers War for Cybertron Kingdom show. It's loaded with fun stuff including a fight between both Nemesis Prime and Optimus Prime. We also see Galvatron returning, and loads of beasts. Dinobot particularly looks pretty bad ass, as we'd all expect he would. We also see Beast Wars Megatron though we don't hear the voice. So far, we do not know if any Beast Wars voice actors will be there.

Netflix Transformers Wave 3 Voyager Packs Finally Out at US Retail

Well that took a while. The voyager packs in the 3rd wave of Netflix toys have been found in the US. These are the Sparkless Seeker and Battlemaster pack and the Optimus Primal and Rattrap pack. They were found in New York state. While Optimus Primal and Rattrap had minimal differences from the standard releases, they still sold very well in the markets they appeared in so far. These were found by nsr46gamer who posted his finding with an image here.

Fellow Seibertronian Snuffles, wrote in to let us know that they found new listings on Big Bad Toy Store for some upcoming toys of the Premium Finish line.

Those are:
Transformers Studio Series SS-03 Voyager Megatron (Premium Finish)
Transformers War For Cybertron WFC-03 Leader Ultra Magnus (Premium Finish)

We knew we'd be getting '07 Megatron since the preview images had his silhouette in a familiar pose. Hard to think of how a premium finish for a fully painted figure would be like. As for Magnus, this is most probably the Siege mold as this line seems to be Takara's way of giving us the most screen accurate deco for bots found in the Netflix series.
