Previously, these two shorts were only ever screened by Derrick J. Wyatt at BotCon 2009 and BotCon 2012.
EDIT: This is the message Marty gave him about uploading them now:

The figures for the series were fun and interesting, the TV episodes were new, but still nostalgic. Even now, it still rates as one of the best TF series in recent history. They really need to bring this show back and carry on the story lines which were just getting revved up when they cancelled unjustly.

Only because it's preexisting content from 2008 that's only now seeing the light of day outside of private screenings.D-Maximal_Primal wrote:New Animated content in the year 2022. I am loving this. I love it

I'm not the biggest fan of Animated for no reason in particular, but theese videos were so fun. Even if the second was really cringe, they were very enjoyable.

He made this in response to a whole slew of new information having come to light in the time since he made his previous Animated Season 4 video above.

During this panel, a live presentation was given for each deleted scene discussed, in which nearly all of them had been newly animated and voice-acted specifically for this occasion, albeit with animation created by Keyan himself and most of the dialogue provided by soundalike voice actors (David Kaye and Corey Burton were the only show cast members that Keyan had been able to get back to reprise their roles for these scenes).
A complete recording of the panel was uploaded a couple weeks back:
And now, a high-quality compilation of just the deleted scenes has been uploaded.
If you just want to watch the scenes by themselves, check out the second video. But if you're interested in the creator commentary provided by Marty, Eric, and Jim, check out the first video as well.
The panel also goes into several characters that were cut from the show as well, including some that could have made it into the show's never-made fourth season.

Transformers Animated scholar Keyan Carlisle has provided us a glimpse of that very hypothetical with this hilariously cheesy video featuring brand new dialogue recorded by the one and only Alex Polinsky, the Headmaster's original voice actor.
Language warning for the end of the video as there's some uncensored dialogue from the recording session between Carlisle and Polinsky:
