YouTube member ProtoRetro has uploaded a video review of the newly released BTS-05 Minions - Tremor & Frequenzy, homages to G1 Rumble and Frenzy. The figures transform in to cassettes just like the originals and can fit into BTS-04 Sonicron or G1 Soundwave. Review embedded below.

Meh, PE Frenzy and Rumble are still the best versions imo.

The waist looks a bit weird, a bit to thin maybe. Overall though they don't look too bad. Since I've never had a Rumble or Frenzy I might have to pick these up.

Colors were way wrong though, and not in the RIBFIR/FIBRIR kind of way.

Sonicron's hips were too small and now these guys have hips that are too large. I was glad I passed on Sonicron, now I'm glad I passed on these.

Does ProtoRetro work for BTS because this sure feels like some sort of compensated endorsement for BTS figures. At the very least, this review feels like a BTS lovefest that I would argue they haven't earned yet.
Pass on everything BTS from now on unless their products get a whole lot better.

I like em but they need guns like the old ones. I dig yhese third party stuff but what be so hard of getting it all the way right sheesh! But they'll do, they still look good.

Once I saw Ryan's video review for Sonicron a while ago, I decided I'd never get it. These look slightly cooler, but still no-go for me.

Isn't this what basically EVERYONE was saying about i-Gear a few years ago? Look at them now!
Maybe, givin time, BTS will also improve.
