Seibertron user Hollyw00d has posted pictures of a limb of TFClub's Devastator figure. Not much is known about this figure at this time. It looks like it will be quite large. The images are from a private blog. http://t.sina.com.cn/tfclub The blog is in Chinese and you need to join it to see the post. We have mirrored the pictures here.

Bigger question - does it have a robot mode, or not?

Yes, you can see a head and fists poking out in one of the photos.

I might be wrong, but that almost looks Voyager-sized. Either way, this thing is going to be enormous and expensive.

I must resist.

Way too big for the ClassiGeneVerse? If anything, this gestalt looks like it will be closest to scale, probably besting FP Crossfire Bruticus.

:shock: :shock: =P~ I need new shorts. That looks beautiful. Going by the size of that component, I think this Devy is going to shadow supreme class figures. Plastic & paint look like they're on par with FP work. Design is beautiful, i'm gonna go ahead & say that it's going to be $300++ . I hope I'm able to afford it when it's made available. I also hope that it doesn't end up disappointing in the torso/head department. That's going to be a big part of what makes or breaks this Devastator. :CON: :KREMZEEK:

This looks very promising! While I'm still in the state of simply being in awe of this sneak peak at the TFClub Devastator...I have to wonder how expensive this will be.

It's definitely too big. This thing would tower over Universe Bruticus with Fansproject addons as well as Superion and Crazydevy Devastator.

Technically yes, if you wanted to go by some sources this would be close to scale if you wanted him to tower over the other figures. But, and this is a big but, there is no other Gestalt out there that would look right next to it so it would stick out like a sore thumb.

The best you'd be able to do is display him with some other deluxe figures but I'm keeping crazydevy with my Classics collection.

Edit-> The teaser we got before from tfclub says it will be 30cm which is about 12 inches. This would be taller than Bruticus but not by much. The conflict I have is in the pictures scavenger looks huge. Even if the guy has tiny hands, just the arm looks to be around 7" long. Also, Scavenger appears to have more mass than the universe counterparts. I guess it's still too early to tell.

Amazing! Please, please, please be within a reasonable price range so I can afford it!

Just that limb alone puts the most recent attempts by Hasbro at creating a quality Devastator to shame.

f the looks of it people if i had to hazzard a guess i would say we are looking at masterpiece size scale for the six individual figures and thier combined form of devastator quite possibly being beyond masterpiece size scale

I am on record as often criticizing third party makers for stealing Hasbro's properties. In this case, I really don't give a #@$*! My god that's just incredible! The biggest thing I see and like is the fact that the Dec forearm and hands appear to be built in to the figure rather than being a seperate piece you have to store like the original G1 Dev. I am seriously considering picking this up.

I see the treads turn into for-arm, but can the hand be stored inside the treads?
This is going to be a huge figure. From the picture of hand holding it, I would guess it's going to be Primus size. 12 inches? I don't think so...

You do realize just why FP said they would NEVER make a full combiner right?
One part is going to set you back 80 bucks! These TFclub guys are pretty damn ambitious.
Until a company successful enough that they can lower their prices and increase production numbers, there is no point to this.

And this certainly comes as a major hit to me personally considering I've already spent upwards of $1000 on transformers this year alone. Heck, me cutting back is why iGear's kickin' Arcee figure will never see the likes of my shelf.

No real need to worry about that I think, since their track record does include Battle Rollar.

:APPLAUSE: great head sculpt on Scavenger. Really dig the visor. And I stick by my statement, judging by the size of Scavenger, This Devastator will cast a shadow down on Unicron, no way it's going to be Primus sized. Look at your arms on Primus, they're only about the size of a scout heightwise, that arm looks deluxe height at the least. This will be close to FR Devy size in my opinion.

That actually worries me more. Battle Rollar was cheaply done and looser than my ex. Gear of War 1 was cheaply made too. However GoW2 was much better, so I am cautiously optimistic on this set.

Is this for the Crazy Devy Devastator add-ons or something else? Sorry, but ever since I had gotten PE-01 Shadow Warrior, I'm not very into 3rd party companies that much anymore, since SW's quality control was quite poor for something that cost me 40$. :BANG_HEAD: :BANG_HEAD:

This is a WHOLE new Devastator from TFClub, nothing whatsoever to do with G1 Devastator or CrazyDevy. And you shouldn't let Perfect Effect's quality make you shun 3rd party products, FansProject is better quality & construction than HasTakTom, iGear makes some pretty good weapons, I wouldn't buy any of their figures, but that's because I find them to be nothing more than overpriced KOs. HeadRobots also does some pretty good work(especially for the price).

Remember people, if this preview image is to be believed, and the silhouette is Devastator, then he'll only be 30cm tall. This doesn't seem right when you look at the images but it could be a trick of perspective combined with tiny hands on the sculptor. Jury's still out

Really? Reviews gave me relatively good confidence in the toy. Though it is made almost entirely of ball joint's so I guess it's not a huge surprise. Still, ball joints are something that can be fixed, and what really matters is that the plastic quality is good.

ASSUMPTIONS::: The hand photographed holding the arm is a normal adult male's.

COMPARISON::: To Energon Omega Supreme

RESULT::: This Devastator figure will stand roughly the same size as Supreme Energon Devastator. The forearm proportions are very much the same, and the closed fist takes about the same amount of space up on my wrist as does OS' right claw.

CONCLUSION::: Be very excited people. If I'm right, this Devastator figure will be in scale with classics figures (deluxe/voyager class)(Classics Bruticus and Superion are undersized for Gestalt figures), and roughly animated movie-accurate in size as well as looks.

SECONDARY CONCLUSION::: New pants required

Agreed on both conclusions. Just hope i'm not poor come the release date, I think this thing is going to really hurt wallets, don't even dare think about what it will probably cost on secondary markets later on if the quality is as good as it looks so far.

Thank you. That was exactly my point earlier. The FP updated/Energon repaint Gestalts are way out of scale on the small side so it will be nice to have something nearly the right size. And I suspect that this figure will be around the same size as Bruticus with his back cannons extended up so they'll probably look just fine together.
