What is the main storyline of the game, and how does it tie into the "Transformers: Animated" series?
John Sweeney: The game ties directly into the "Transformers: Animated" series and takes place along the same timeline as Seasons 1 and 2. In the game, Megatron has taken over Sumdac factory in order to build an army of robots to invade Cybertron. In order to get to Cybertron, he has also been building a Space Bridge and is attempting to gather up the All Spark fragments in order to power it up. It's up to the Autobots to stop him.
The interview goes on to discuss the game play and usual questions like transforming capabilities and characters available for play.

They make it sound like Lost Vikings, but the fun of Lost Vikings comes heavily from the level design. Is level design going to be at the forefront of their minds while developing the game? No comment.
The driving aspect of the game screams of filler. If you're going to focus on level design--which, as mentioned above, you have to do for a puzzle game--where does this "fast-paced," quasi-action game fit? It sounds like they don't have enough time to come up with enough innovative puzzles to make the game long enough, so they came up with the driving segments, which are probably long and tedious, just to drag out some hours of gameplay.

yes that sadly happened with the WALL-E on the DS. for what happened with that i hope "this" transformers game come out of PS2. the Ds is'nt a strong point on games for me, the only games ive seen are My Sims and transformers "Decepticons" i cant stand game where you have to avoid and get to the end of a highway instead of being able to walk around and transfrom freely!

I have a PS2 and a Wii myself and I was hoping on a new TF(Animated) game to come out soon, but I was not planning on buying a DS just so I can play the game.

Then why not enter that contest that the winner gets the game and a DS?
