Is cool but how do they choose who gets a figure cos this sure makes it seem like on-screen time isn't a factor.
Though nor did it to Hasbro when releasing several toys of Berserker who only appears for a five seconds in the film and doesn't get to go with the other 'cons.

This makes me very sad Onslaught didn't get to do anything. Even for a digital remold, that design is awesome. I'm extra angry due to the promise that "Nothing can prepare you for Onslaught" when in reality he ended up pulling a Glonk- doing absolutely nothing and dying. (Anyone who gets that reference gets a cookie.) Makes me wonder if there's some behind the scenes drama we don't know about.
Hopefully the Bumblebee movie will be successful enough that the "Decepticonvicts" will get their own spin-off where they actually get some development. I want some more Nitro Zeus goddamnit!
With regards to the statue itself, it looks amazing but I don't have the budget to be buying a hyper-costly, xbox hueg immobile statue of a character who did absolutely bugger all. Now, if it were a smaller, less expensive "build it yourself" resin garage kit I might buy it, mainly because of my love of modelling.

Yeah, that was one of my main problems with the movie. They hyped the TLK Decepticons up until I even thought that at least one of the AOE Autobots was going to get killed by them. What happened actually was entirely opposite.
But then like you said, if all those "Punks" from TLK gets their own spin-off, it'll be FRIGGIN' awesome!

Coupled with the early wave character choices of the TLK toyline, this just goes to show how both Hasbro and Prime 1 Studio evidently had no idea who was and who wasn't going to prominently featured in the movie, with both apparently choosing their selection of character product based on guesswork more than anything.

We just posted a
gallery of all the licensed Transformers products found at SDCC2017 but there was an extra special one we wanted to reveal all on his own: the first look at the finished Prime 1 Studio Beast Wars Megatron statue. We previously saw an uncoloured version at
Wonderfest in Japan but now is the first time we can really soak in the beauty of this beast. We gave it the Seibertron treatment with multiple images highlighting the detail, such as his base with a murdered Dinobot. While scale is always tricky without comparisons, site owner Seibertron stresses that this statue is bigger than he would have believed saying it is HUGE. Hopefully that comes across in the detail and the show environment surrounding this statue from Prime 1 Studios, a subline from Sideshow. You can see more images of this magnificent beast by clicking on
this link or any image below... yesss.

Yess. Excellent. But in all seriousness, this is probably the best statue I've ever seen.

Agreed. Megatron looks badass. But seeing this on the base just kind of ruins the whole thing for me.

I can't stand seeing pics of this statue. It's so brilliantly executed and beautifully rendered i can't help but desperately want to own one.
I just wouldn't be able to justify the price for it but damn is it one good looking piece of art.

Yeah, if anyone's corpse had to be under Megatron's foot, even though Dinobot makes the most sense due to his longstanding relationship with Megatron in the show, Terrorsaur would have been a much less disturbing choice.

Y'know, this statue is all kinds of amazing.... aside from this.
At first I was on board JUST for the tiny inclusion of Dinobot, but in retrospect I don't like it. They got his teeth all wrong.
