I like this stye of Transformer game, and their are really some cool stunt Transformation, how I like it personaly. This game will becoming an great movie game I'll have already this feeling.
I can't wait to play with Ironhide, Blackout and Bonecrusher.
And I hope that I can kill how I posted already on another post , Shia Laboeuf on some funny sick and wrong way, with the Decepticons like stumping on his head of take hime and draw him as far I can or draw him into a house.

That was cool!! Peter Cullen voice made me feel like a kid again!

I want it now! Its like crackdown but with giant frakin robots that turn into cars and things. And cullen doing the naration was awsome. Now i want to watch voltron. So glad i preordered the 360 collectors edition and the psp version. Cant wait. Hope it has online and offline coop. That would kick ass.

Hey it could just be my imagination but if you listen closely when Bumblebee transforms mid-air I think you can hear the classic transforming sound from the G1 show.

i wish they made it for the regular xbox =(

This will finally push me over the edge to get the XBOX. My wike and kid have been bugging me, and I say - "You see how adictive I am on an online game?" But this looks worth the unproductive hours and thumb cramps.

I'm gonna go back and agree with a few other people. The game looks alright. Nowhere near the full $50-$60 though. Game seems a bit bland looking with not very much activity going on. Throughout the trailer I saw maybe 4 pedestrians. Sorry but in a giant city, hundreds of people should be clamoring for their lives. It's possible that since they've only shown residential areas so far, that people might be in the houses or something. But when I'm in a bigger part of the city I'd better see plenty of activity. Hell even Superman Returns had tons of people on the street.

From what I've seen so far this will be a rental.

That trailer was actually pretty dissapointing. I mean, it's TRANSFORMERS: THE GAME, yet we barely see anything transform. It's the whole schtick of the game, and we barely get to see it in action.

And is there going to be more to this game than just BB and Barricade fighting...? Still looking forward to it, but this trailer really didn't bring my excitement level up at all.

Actually the trailer on IGN applies to both next gen systems (PS3 included). The game will run in 720P for 360 and 1080P for the PS3, for you guys with a nice LCD or Plasma.

So has anyone entertained the possibility that the images seen in the trailer are not images from the final product? Maybe the final version will have more people running for their lives. Maybe the images were a little dark so that they didn’t give away too much too soon.

I have a feeling that this game is not finished. Obviously if they showed the trailer, they were given permission by Hasbro/Paramount to show footage of their characters (however low-res when compared to the movie) in action. The images we have seen online for the last couple of months involve Bumble Bee in the same setting, and now this trailer comes out, and it revolves around the same setting and screens seen before with BB and Barricade. I hope I'm wrong, but I have a feeling it's going to be pushed back like Superman Returns. I only hope I'm right if it means a better game.

This won't be the fully finished version. They keep tweaking things until the very last minute. But I like it.
There was plenty of traffic driving around in the background. And for all those complaining that there are no people:
Who the hell would hang around when a pair of 30ft robots are beating the living crap out of each other using high explosive missiles and anything they can get their hands on, while a truck drives off the roof of a building and transforms into a bigger robot? Only the clinicly insane. Those scenes look like a battle has been on for a while. Everyone has already fled. If you drive around the city in vehicle mode, there should be plenty of people around. At least I hope so.

if only it was g1 based. oh what could have been. as far as the trailer goes, very unimpressive looking. nothing changes the fact that the bayformers will always look terrible and they're just so bulky and just dont look good moving. prime looked decent though.

I think it's pretty sweet looking. Nothing special, tho; I would have thought that there would be more people running scared. I thought that was the whole premise of this movie...

Still, It does look like a sweet game for the ol' collection. Now if I could just get my hands on a 360...

purifier, that issue of VGCats works surprisingly well. And I agree. The lighting pisses me off and it makes it hard to see things.

Probably only gonna get 3 hours of play out of it but it looks pretty fun.

When I saw Bumblebee and Barricade fighting, the first thing that came to mind was "By God, it looks exactly like Hulk: Ultimate Destruction!"

Which is okay, because Hulk: Ultimate Destruction was a crazy-good game.

And a little off-topic: Kimmer, I missed you.

The streets do look a little empty, but in the developers defense, it is not that hard to make an event that pops into red splush when it touches the main character. Copy and paste several dozen times, populated streets that can get squished.

With that being said, this game is going to rock...

Gametrailers.com has an HD version of it up now. You know. So you don't have to get screwed into paying like on IGN for high quality versions. And to be honest the HD version does make it look a bit better.

The last time I watched something HD on my computer, it took forever to get the menus in WinAMP back to their proper places. Not to mention, with the state my computer is in (Status: Shitty), ANY video that says "HD" would probably take me about an hour to load, then close, then get back up to speed.

I really wish people would post HD less.

Stop using winamp. It hasn't been a good program for....Ever. Quicktime is pretty much the official player of HD. Also. Format your computer. I can watch HD on my mothers 933mhz Compaq so you shouldn't have problems.

Since the game comes out on June 19th, it's not going to get that much better.
But certainly prove me wrong, be my guest. However, with a game that was described as GTA with Giant transforming robots, I'm not seeing a lot of that...

I checked the trailer on IGN a while ago, good quality. The game looks good. I don't think you will be able to kill humans, they will probably desapear in a few metars. I just hope that combat is good and that moves aren't too simple. I can already feel the bad thing about the crappy story. You will probably hear a mission briefing and get into action with one transformer. Too bad there won't be any missions with you controling one and other one or two fallow you. And since I don't have a Xbox 360 I hope that ps2 version will be close to this with only lower graphic.
