The following items have been added to the store:

Please do not call or email about your registration. If you made an error on
the form, just refax a corrected one and mark it as a correction.

You will get a confirmation email or call this week. The order of the calls is
not significant as we are calling/emailing people that have made errors on their
forms first as we get ready to process them.

This is a long hard task and there are hundreds of you guys and only a few of
us...so the less phone calls we take, the faster we can get the confirmations
out. We don't want the confirmations to fall into next week.

Well if you people would take online orders, maybe you wouldn't have to sit and take 20 minutes over each order...

Agreed. I faxed mine in last year and this year, I wish they try and get a online ordering system in place for next years.

I know, this is just silly. You can now place orders online for my corner liqour store and sub shop, no joke. They really need to get themselves more organized.

I phoned up to tell them I had accidentally faxed my form twice (stupid home fax machine sending to one number then printing a report claiming it had sent it somewhere else) and got a flustered sounding woman telling me everything would be fine then politely getting me off the line. They got over 600 faxes over the weekend, she said. I'm not surprised.

I agree with you guys, online ordering is enough of a risk. If a store doesn't have a trustworthy order system, I don't order.
