Yes. The line is supposed to be called Transformers Prime Robots In Disguise and will have red and white packaging. Starting in March and will continue beyond that.

All the "First Edition" waves will receive a limited release in the U.S. retail this year (one Toys 'R' Us source says "December 1st"), while the later main line "Robots in Disguise" waves won't be coming to mass retail until March.infinitimagnus wrote:Bring on Bulkhead!!! When does he arrive in retail? March as well???
The "First Edition" figures include Deluxes Arcee, Starscream, Bumblebee, and Cliffjumper, Voyagers Optimus Prime and Bulkhead, and the Entertainment Pack.
The "Robots in Disguise" figures include Deluxes Terrocon Cliffjumper, Vehicon, Wheeljack, Bumblebee (new mold), Cliffjumper (new mold), Soundwave, Knock Out, and Ratchet, Voyagers Skyquake and Starscream, and whatever else comes out.
Not sure about which subline any of the Cyberverse figures will be a part of.
And, yes, by "limited release" I do mean that the First Edition figures are gonna be hard to find. Some stores may not even get any of them.

I appreciate the info, Sabrblade. Good luck and happy hunting!

Personally, I think he talked enough in the G1 series. I'd just as soon he stayed shut up.
I like this figure a lot. THey did a great job of representing the show.

I don't mind either way, I think he sounds like the RD-D2 of Transformers in this form

If/when Bumblebee speaks in this show, I really really REALLY want them to get Johnny Young Bosch to voice him again. He voiced BB in War for Cybertron and, not only would it help the continuity, but I LOVED JYB's Bumblebee voice. He was a GREAT Bumblebee. Youthful, but not too young. Serious, but not too serious. Lively, but not hyper. Cool, but not too much slang. He was just superb!Hypershock wrote:First-Aid wrote:paul053 wrote:Personally I don't have anything against this figure. Thus far in early 2012,i'm only interested & will only be buying voyager sized skyquake & voyager sized starscream.
if they ever make a leader sized or supreme sized TF Prime Unicron, then I'd buy this in a heart beat.
I don't really like the TF Prime megatron animation designs. i'm definately not impressed with the deluxe tf prime megatron toy. I haven't seen the voyager megatron toy yet for TF Prime. I'm hoping megatron in the TF Prime gets a upgraded new form & a new leader sized toy to show off this form. it would be kinda cool to get that season 4 animated maruader megatron tripple changer toy.
as far as the deluxe toys for TF Prime goes,I don't like any thus far. I was thinking about buying the vechicon & taking off the robot head & replacing it with a ROTF Lockdown robot head.
I don't like the TF Prime animated arcee designs. the robot head looks too simplistic, too friendly & aimed towards toddlers. I think the TF 2007 movie arcee deluxe toy is a better looking & more mature looking toy.
Hopefully later on,they make a zombie version of TF Prime Skyquake with battle damage paint.
I'm really looking forward to the rumored TF Prime Combiners & dinobots toys. I'm also hoping Primus gets a few more episodes. I want all these I listed in this last paragraph as TF Prime toys,I'll buy them all.

I'm serious. If I get him, I may have to repurpose him as Slipstream.

paul053 wrote:Went to a TRU store closest to me yesterday and they still have tons of ROTF stuffs.
I went to TRU yesterday too, and they had a bunch of ROTF figures that I haven't seen in a long time, including Skids and Mudflap, Dead End, and Desert Brawl. Weird. They've also got a bunch of MP Roddys still warming the shelf, several Generations figures, and even a Leader Ironhide that's been sitting there for a week or more.
No Prime toys, though.
I'm tempted to order Starscream online, but I don't want to pay shipping for a figure that I'll probably be able to find in-store soon, and I can't come up with enough stuff to be eligible for free shipping ($50 min). I already have BB and Arcee (in their NYCC incarnations) so I'm not interested in those.

LOST Cybertronian wrote:Really? The Prime figures don't count as BOGO 50% Off? That sucks
Of course not. The point of the BOGO sale is to get rid of old inventory. Why would they have a BOGO sale on new semi-exclusive figures that are going to be in high demand?

That may well be the intent but instore the signing says all transformers deluxe figures. If you are lucky enough to find these in a store already you could argue your way into the sale.

Hmm... That's a good point. I wonder if they'll remove those sale signs when they put the Prime figures on the shelf, or replace them with signs that indicate the sale only applies to DOTM Deluxes.

It would have to be of his original form befroe being defeated by the Thirteen, since his current form is noncorporeal.Tidalwavex wrote:if they ever make a leader sized or supreme sized TF Prime Unicron, then I'd buy this in a heart beat.
Becuase, as of now, there is none.Tidalwavex wrote:I haven't seen the voyager megatron toy yet for TF Prime.
Which, as I told you before, won't happen since it was scrapped before completion.Tidalwavex wrote:it would be kinda cool to get that season 4 animated maruader megatron tripple changer toy.
