That does seem to be a lot of paint. Ironic, given that this mold was supposed to have been designed for this character. Makes me wonder how Hasbro would have done it, without the paint capacity that FunPub typically enjoys.

Names are changed when the original name no longer clears trademark, which can happen for any number of reasons. I can't fathom where "ZPutty" comes from, or why it's the least bit appropriate as a substitute, but at least "Grabuge" happens to be the name that Ruckus actually had in France, so it's already connected to this character, if not using the English word. They had a bit of fun with this reality in the Tech Spec (the word "ruckus" thrown in there, as well as the French phrase "nom de guerre").

With a name like that they'd have to add pouches all over the figure.

Part of a combiner, but not technically from Botcon.

It's a TFSS 4.0 figure, and all figures in this series combine as they all use CW molds. They are collectively known as the Mayhem Attack Squad, the Decepticon equivalent to the Wreckers from the Marvel comics (including the fact their roster constantly changes), and this iteration consists of:
- Needlenose with Sunbeam and Zputty (aka "Zigzag")
- Grabuge (aka "Ruckus", using the French-Canadian name, so it's not France French)
- Spinister with Singe and Hairsplitter
- Windsweeper
- Bludgeon
They combine into this fellow, designed after the most important character in the Marvel comics, Thunderwing:
Impactor (a retool of CW Rook) is the sixth figure in the set, and he'll part of the Combiner in the next series. The 7th Mystery figure will be a CW Deluxe as far as we know.

When does the 7th get revealed?
I see the helicopter mould is already in use but I wonder if it'll be rotorstorm. Ties in with lsotw in a funny way. I can't really picture it being anybody else.

At the release of the 6th figure, which I predict to be Bludgeon. I also predict Impactor to be 2nd last, just for FunPub to mess with us

With the Blades head that could actually work. But we already have Alpha Bravo fatigue as it is (sorry Va'al), plus it was never confirmed to be a Wrecker.

Oh stakeout would be quite nice. I wouldn't say no to leadfoot either. It'll be interesting to see who it is I read that it's to complete the combiner wreckage so it must be a wrecker. I personally hope it's rotorstorm though to harken back to that lsotw line. Although tfcc could use the highbrow mould as rotorstorm as a partial joke because he lost his head.

I'll try. Like 'zippety doo-da' from the song. Bigger questions arise and they're best not asked.
I asked anyway, and only found this: http://powerrangers.wikia.com/wiki/Z_Putty_Patrollers
Maybe a reference to neither the original mould nor character having a Japanese version.

Thank you. In fact that is the first time I've ever seen Thunderwing.
...Now that I see him, he looks disgusting. He makes me a little dizzy just looking at all the contrasting colors on the figure alone, and the background just makes it even worse. Why are the designers making the colors so bright? Why go through the trouble for another Transformer that looks like a bag of Skittles? How many times must we taste the rainbow?
Don't get me wrong, the individual figures are exquisite, but not when you put them together as a Gestalt.

The name is certainly fitting as "Grabuge" (pronounced "Gra-booj") translates to "mayhem", "disorder", or "chaos".
For future reference, don't expect every replacement name to have English roots.

Fun Pub picks names that they hope will pass legal, always choosing the original names first. Sometimes those don't pass and replacements have to be found.

Silly question, but something I've been wondering. Can Hasbro use the trademarks they've acquired for FunPub for their own toys, or are they tied to a certain company?

"Breakaway" is a name that comes to mind as something that Fun Pub used first and then Hasbro grabbed onto.

It might happen eventually, and I certainly advise caution, but several folks have posted that they've done so without issue, despite their own fears.

Well, if it's being attached in vehicle mode, likely the tab on the pickup bed that slots into the space between the middle and ring fingers on the hfg (see below), which would mean that his lower legs are painted.

I read one review that didn't have that problem, so I guess mileage will vary (read: it depends on how thick the layer of paint is).

I have the same suspicions. Normally who knows, but it would make sense to get Bludgeon last, have the complete combiner, and then get Impactor with his fellow CW deluxe Autobot.
That or Bludgeon is next to stick him on some legs.
