If you look at the original image, they cropped out Bulkhead so that Prime could be centered on the cover and then the Decepticons would've been partially cut off (well, moreso than just part of Starscream's arm)

That's true. But I mean, you know... Cliffjumper was killed. So even in the original image, they should have had Bulkhead in his spot. Unless they wanted his death to be a surprise, which it certainly was. Either way, Bulkhead should be there cause he's the best.

That's assuming that Cliffjumper is actually "DEAD".

You know, I was thinking about that. I thought why would they kill a character they've been advertising within the first 5 minutes of the first episode. But considering his spark was extinguished, then he was revived via dark energon which pretty much made him a zombie, then he was cut in half, and then blew up with the rest of the energon mine, the thought that he may be alive kinda left my head. For him to come back as he was after all that wouldn't make sense. If he were to possibly return in some other form, could be. I suppose that one never knows.
