This is a special story written to go along with the club exclusive Air Razor toy produced recently from the E-Slugslinger mold (featuring a brand new Air Razor head mold). It's nine chapters and forty-five pages of new story relating to the Timelines tale started at last year's convention, taking place in the pre-Beast Wars era.
Check it out at The Transformers Collectors Club if you are a member, and think about joining up if you are not!

Is there something I'm missing here. Outside of some overpriced retooled figures, I've never heard anyone rave about membership here.
If someone can give me a good heads up about this club and mention something more than some comics and a news letter, please let me know and I'll join today.
What are some of the GOOD perks!?!
Also, I'm starting to get into the TF comics, and was also wondering if someone could recomend a good site for trade paperbacks.

The more you support the club, the better it will become. It is run by a group of dedicated Transformers fans who have to balance costs ve. pleasing the fans.
If you can travel to their yearly convention (Botcon), then the perks of club membership really pay off. This year club members were treated to an awesome boxed set mostly based on G1 classic characters and exclusive attendee figures (although any attendee could buy them without being a member). Earlier in the year they offered Airazor and Astrotrain exclusive figures.
Besides exclusive figures, club members also were treated to:
a movie preview screening
autograph sessions, toy panels, customization classes, etc...
a dinner party with live music by Stan Bush
goodie bags associated with the dinner party that includsed a T-shirt, movie poster, trading cards, and a "Bee-otch" car air freshener as seen in the new movie.
There is also the annual combiner exclusive as well as the bi monthly club magazine.
For $50, it is worth it especially if you can go to Botcon. If you are not into exclusive figures and can't go to Botcon, then membership may not be of value to you.

I'll give this away since it's in the first line, but her pre-cybertron name is Wing Saber! I don't know why they needed to do that, but now we know.

I think I made some good points both for and against joining this club.
I don't care send me a warning, but that's fucked up!
