First, the Transformers Game facebook page has confirmed that PC customers will have access to DLC.
Second, the High Moon Studios twitter account has revealed that a demo version will be available prior to the games official release, no word on which platforms or an exact date.
Third, MTV Geek has posted a nice wrap up of the SDCC Transformers: Fall of Cybertron voice actor panel featuring: Peter Cullen (Optimus Prime), Gregg Berger (Grimlock), and Nolan North (Cliffjumper). Click here to read the full article.
Discussing the darker tone, Cullen says that he was confident in the booth about the lines and the role knowing the greater vision for Optimus Prime and the narrative of Fall of Cybertron. "It's like being involved in the show itself," Cullen gushed. "I was ultimately really surprised to see the finished product."
In terms of the changes between the G1 interpretation and Fall of Cybertron, Berger says that his character's grammar is perhaps a bit better than in past incarnations. Other changes, particularly in terms of Grimlock's history, Berger says all remain true to the basics of the character. He credited the game with allowing players to live the world of the Transformers instead of simply observing it.
As for Bruticus, he says that if Grimlock is the angry guy on the 405 Interstate, Bruticus is the one turning and saying "What are you lookin' at?" The character's gruff voice is all part of a character whow would rather bash his way through obstacles then figure things out.
Lastly, the official Transformers: Fall of Cybertron website has added several new screenshots to their gallery. We've mirrored them below.

Megatron looks strikingly similar to his Transformers: Prime incarnation.
I can't wait to get the game for PC, I just hope you're actually allowed to remap the controls this time. I have to use AutoHotkey to remap the keys for WFC and it's a PITA.
I just don't get how they create games these days first for the console then second for the PC. It would make sense if they were programming the game/writing the game on a console, but they're not, all games are written on PC's so it shouldn't be a 'port' to PC, it should always be a port from PC to the consoles.

I'm sure you'd love the be on the other end of the X18 bouquet.

And...that would be the whole reason he was redesigned. At least, that's one's best guess, as time in this universe draws closer to TFP.

Hahahahaahahaaaaah.
High Moon can't program for computer. Why do you think they decided not to port to PC this time around? Another company's doing it because HMS isn't capable.
They use Unreal because that's what they have the best ability for right now...or some restraint similar to that (whether they hired initially for UDK, or the people already on their team decided they were going for UDK, etc.).
Even so, it's so much easier for certain kinds of people to program in UDK versus coming up with your own engine, or using other engines.

I'm sure the PC players are happy to hear about the DLC news?

????? What do you mean?
U No Y they probably didn't do DLC for WFC, cuz of all the pirating that's going on and killing the PC as a gaming platform right? + I hate pc, always have to get a new graphics card which costs as much as a console.
I'm always confident it will get released on a console. Doesn't matter which one, if it was an xbox exclusive I'd buy an xbox
I do hope the framerate's a bit better then WFC. It drops in online play :s. Still I love WFC and still play it almost daily since it was released. Escalation yes!

The PC is the ultimate machine for anything. Yes, it costs money to keep upgrading, but I bought my dell xps totally loaded, and I'm sure I won't need to buy anything extra for another 4 years atleast. Game pirating is the lamest excuse for not supporting a game on all its componants. Chalk it up to good customer service. Just because the company doesn't make money from offering, say, a refund policy, doesn't mean they shouldn't provide it.
Don't fool yourself, ALL games are pirated, regardless of the platform.

It just so happens that more kids who are too young to know how to mod/play them get their parents to buy the legit copies (along with people like me who are too lazy for that crap.) I pretty much buy most of my games because online play is important to me, and I don't like getting far into a single player game just to have it malfunction.

Just as long as I have my Null Ray 10x scope and am at a good distance (with cover) to snipe him .NatsumeRyu wrote:xyl360 wrote:It's funny that Bumblebee's gun looks like he's holding a bouquet of flowers and just as sad that Cliffjumper's gun looks like he's holding a bouquet of flowers.

Yep, that's what I figured.NatsumeRyu wrote:xyl360 wrote:Megatron looks strikingly similar to his Transformers: Prime incarnation.

That figures. Still, so much more can be done for PC with the Unreal engine (UT3, the game the engine was actually designed for, is a PC game after all, and an excellent one at that).NatsumeRyu wrote:xyl360 wrote:I just don't get how they create games these days first for the console then second for the PC. Yep, I guess so, except I don't really do multi-player. If I could use the unlocked characters/downloadable characters in single player/campaign mode then it might matter to me, but at least it's something for the masses that do game online.NatsumeRyu wrote:I'm sure the PC players are happy to hear about the DLC news?

Wow that player sucks. I wouldn't have followed Blastoffs path, it looks like they provide an alternate path to make things more interesting. NOOB!
