The
Transformers Live Action Movie Blog has revealed a concept sketch which they claim is supposed to be Ravage and Megatron as they are featured in the upcoming
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen movie, to be released in June of 2009. The anonymous source, from which they have gotten
this info, claims that Optimus, Bumblebee, Starscream and Ironhide remain essentially the same.
The image has been photoshopped to increase the size of the original image and remove the background.

More baffling than shocking. A
news item has appeared in Belgian newspapers about a break in on the night of December 4th at a well-known toy store called Toy Champ. Items that were taken included various action figures of Action Man, Star Wars and Transformers! This is the first time that the chain of toy stores have been in such a manner.
The police are investigating the case. It is unknown at this time if it was a random act of burglary or if the thieves chose to rob the store on December 4th due to the fact that the European lowlands celebrate the children's holiday of Sinterklaas on the 5th of December. The last day of Sinterklaas, it is tradition to exchange these types of presents in the evening, making the shopping hours on December 5th one of the busiest in the year for toy stores.

As we have learned from idw's comic schedule from a while back the Jettwins Jetfire and Jetstorm will make their first appearance in Transformers Animated The Arrival #6.
A user at tfw2005 has posted what appears to be a scan of one of the comic's pages. This scan gives us our first look at Animated Wheeljack and Perceptor in fiction and a first glimpse of their personality. It also shows us the twins Jetfire and Jetstorm as their being changed into the first flying Autobots.

Fox News has run a
news item on Shia LaBeouf. According to Fox News, the
Transformers Movie actor has been forced to turn down a starring role in the movie "Dark Fields" due to the fact that his hand that was smashed in a car accident last July still has not completely healed yet. Initially production on the movie was pushed back, but it would appear now that the actor has completely withdrawn from the project. According to a source "
Shia’s hand is totally shattered, it’s much worse than anyone thought".
According to the article, production on Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen was postponed for a month for Shia's hand to heal up. This is not correct as Michael Bay in the past has said that they mixed up the shooting schedule, so that shooting of the movie could still continue while Shia was healing from his surgery. Production of the movie had not been delayed.

The Universe of the Transformers is vast, and populated by many characters. Their universe is a large tapestry, made up of the stories and points of view of countless experiences that serve the larger whole.
These are some of those stories. This is:
It should be noted that while this project has been recognized by IDW Publishing and Hasbro, none of the works presented have been commissioned or solicited by either company. The stories are not official canon, except where noted. These stories are the result of Transformers enthusiasts taking the time out of their busy days to contribute to a universe they love. No one has been paid for the production of these stories.

Seibertron.com has received information from an Anonymous Source that would indicate that to be the case. According to our source, Stan Bush has been booked for a convention in the southeast part of the country this summer. Also, according to our source, more details will be revealed next week regarding the dates and exact location of this event.
Edit: Our source has contacted us again to clarify some confusion. The event is NOT Botcon, it is a smaller convention. We apologize for the mix up and will update when more information about this event and Botcon become available.

It's no secret that
HASBRO, Inc. (HAS NYSE) has benefited greatly from the production and release of the Transformers live action movie and will continue to benefit from the upcoming releases of the sequel,
Revenge of the Fallen and
G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra. What many people may not know is the role that Chief Executive Officer Mr. Brian Goldner played in making the number 2 toymaker an entertainment powerhouse.
It was Mr. Goldner who enlisted the help of movie producer
"Lorenzo di Bonaventura in 2003 after reading in a trade publication that di Bonaventura was considering a film project about military technology."
"From one conversation to the next, we hit it off," di Bonaventura said. "In normal times, it could take months of conversation to move forward. Brian and I did it in two or three times. He has that gut instinct and a dynamic vision for what 'Transformers' could be and the willingness to jump into it. His contribution was invaluable."
The huge success and amazing rise in company stock that the productions brought on alone is reason enough to praise the amazing efforts of HASBRO's top man, but the list goes on.
Even before adjusting to his new position, Mr. Goldner set the company sights
way beyond a conventional toy maker.
"What does that look like as an online game?" stated Mr. Goldner. "Can that be a cell phone game? Should that be a TV show? Can that be a movie? That's the way we're thinking about our brands today and our strategy for the company."
It was this same innovative thinking that brought the value of HASBRO stock to amazing heights,
reaching nearly double in value during the last fiscal year and that landed him the
Wall Street Journal's "Market Watch" CEO of the Year Award.
Seibertron.com would like to congratulate you, Mr. Goldner, on your award and many achievements that you've completed even before taking the helm of our favorite toy company. Here's to making HASBRO the number 1 toy company.

Design writer Christopher Wilson has just sent us information on a unique piece of art that's now available. This new work is a tribute to one of the original Transformers seekers, Skywarp.
Hommage à Skywarp is a new poster-broadsheet designed and published by Oberphones in tribute to Skywarp, one of the first Transformers issued by Hasbro in 1984. The homage takes the form of an A4-format broadsheet which folds out into an A2-format (420 x 594 mm) poster. The broadsheet (plane form) side includes a series of four specially-written texts by design writer Christopher Wilson, exploring the cultural background of his purchase of Skywarp in early 1985 and the state of department store culture at the time; Skywarp's standing among his rivals in the Transformers range; and finally an anecdote of Skywarp's 'tech spec' characteristics. The poster (robot form) side comprises a graphic portrait of the Decepticon, based on the silhouette of the 1984 box illustration, and incorporating new photographs of the original model.
Hommage à Skywarp is now available for purchase at a low cost of £10.00 with free postage and handling for shipping within the UK. Check out the original listing for this art piece
here.

Thanks to
TFW2005, we get a look at something somewhat surprising... one of the K-mart twelve pack minicons in a single-style Universe 25th package.
Minicon
Boltflash is the minicon shown in this style. Boltflash is the repaint of the original Classics Clear Skies minicon team member
Thunderwing.
You can see the image of Boltflash in single pack by clicking
here, and then share your thoughts about this, and the future of this kind of release. What other minicons will be included? New molds? More repaints? Or just what has already been released in either the 12-pack, or the Classics sets?
