It should really come as no surprise, what with director Michael Bay's love for explosions, dangerous stunts, and action in his movies, TMZ is reporting that lead Transformers Revenge of the Fallen actor Shia LaBeouf was injured while filming on set.

According to the source, Shia suffered a cut over his eye that required stitches, which delayed filming for a bit.

Shia's rep is currently stating, "No comment," to the curious.

You can see the source for the information here.

The press release below isn't really Transformers related, but I thought some of you might be interested in hearing more about movie Bumblebee's voice actor, Mark Ryan. Here's what he's been doing in his spare time:

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

"WUTHERING HEIGHTS" - THE ORIGINAL "GOTHIC LOVE STORY" - INSPIRES MUSICAL ADAPTATION ONLINE

WutheringHeightsMusic.com Offers 4 Original Songs Inspired by Emily Bronte’s Novel with Narration by Ray Winstone

Los Angeles, CA - October 1, 2008: Mark Ryan (Transformers, The Prestige, Evita, Robin Of Sherwood) announces the launch of Wuthering Heights Music, a musical adaptation based on the novel by Emily Bronte. Beginning today, visitors to http://www.WutheringHeightsMusic.com can listen to Ryan's four original songs inspired by the gothic love story: Dark Passion, Women, Heathcliff's Prayer and I love The Wind. The website also features a music video for the song Women, narrated by Ray Winstone (Beowulf, The Departed, Indiana Jones, Sexy Beast). Currently, music downloads for Dark Passion and Women are available free and a four-song EP will soon be available for purchase for $1.99.

Growing up amongst the hauntingly romantic landscapes of Yorkshire, Ryan developed an emotional connection to the story of Wuthering Heights. In 1988 he wrote eighteen original songs inspired by Emily Bronte's novel, but was forced to put the project on hold due to his burgeoning film and television career. Years passed and with the success of Transformers (voice of Bumblebee), he decided it was finally the right time to record the music. Twenty years later Ryan comments, "This has been a labor of love and I am so proud to finally launch it. I believe we've created a musical that is as powerful and heartfelt as Bronte's tragic love story and I hope it entertains fans and music lovers alike."

Ryan is proud of the team he has assembled to make his passion project a reality. Credits include Robb Vallier (Spamalot, Gin Blossoms, Peter Murphy), who produced the four songs with Ryan. The vocal ensemble includes Jenn Korbee (Cathy), Jessica Kennan Wynn (Nelly) and Katie Boeck (Isabella), who all appear in the video for Women.

Mark Ryan has had a successful career in theater, film and television for over 30 years, including Evita in London’s West End originating the role of Magaldi and most recently voicing Bumblebee in the blockbuster film Transformers.

Last week, we reported on a call for extras who could pass as airport passengers. Auditions were recently held, and one of the extras participating in the process, reports to the Arizona Daily Star.

A star was born Saturday, and that star was me.
DreamWorks representatives visited the Desert Diamond Casino Hotel to give me a private audition for "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen."
Well, technically the audition wasn't private. Untold hundreds queued up in a winding, Space Mountain-like line in the lobby for a chance to get some face time with the casting people, who were looking for extras to fill out an airport scene to be shot at Tucson International Airport on Oct. 6.
But at heart, I knew the Hollywood big shots were really here just for me.

You can read the whole experience as written by the poster here, at the Arizona Daily Star online.

So we now know when the shooting is beginning, and that the scene will be shot at the Tucson International Airport in Arizona.

According to the updated pre-order page for the Fans Project City Commander set, the set will be arriving to the store in Early October rather than September which was the previous release date.

Are we looking at a few weeks here, or will we see an even longer delay? Does early October mean first week, or before the 16th?

BlackMagnus just wanted the community to be aware so that you would not be frustrated about your pre-order for this popular set.

The Universe of the Transformers is vast, and populated by many characters. Their universe is a large tapestry, made up of the stories and points of view of countless experiences that serve the larger whole.

These are some of those stories. This is:
