Really...
I suppose this explains why a good number of people didn't care about the problems with P/PC.
They've just lowered their standards.
Of course that would explain allot of things.

I bought this guy from BBTS when they had their sale. Seems like a nice enough homage.

So to sum it up, the club was sooooo close to getting this exclusive right. Nightbeat would have been sold out long ago if antennae would have been included. I can almost guarantee it.

Antennae would have been nice, but I can understand how they'd be prohibitably expencive.

WTF is prohibitably expencive? And what context is that being used in?

Okay, I probably spelled it wrong. It just means antennae accessories would be too expencive to do. I read somewhere that that is the reason they didn't make the antennae as seperate accessories, although I couldn't tell you where I read that.
I can believe it. The remolded heads alone are supposed to be really expencive for these exclucives, and all new accessories are probably in the same veign. Even if they're small.

I did not like the mold
It is not a headmaster

Don't let the opinion of others make you regret a thing. There must be something about the figure that attracted you to it in the first place. Regardless of homage, the nightbeat paint job is so much better and makes it look better than the original figure.

Maybe your standards are too high.

Could be the case. However, I think the comments in this thread highlight Nightbeat's shortcomings. Plus that pinhead for Punch/Counterpunch is laughable.
I see nothing wrong with high standards. As consumers, we can't just settle for whatever Hasbro (or the club) rolls of the assembly line. That's the power of the consumer dollar.

This is true, but the club does an excellent job giving us newish figures with the limited resources they have. It would be impossible for the club to give us brand new molds. The nightbeat paintjob looks much better than the original hotshot. P/CP has its problems but until Hasbro decides to give us a proper P/CP they did and excellent job.
