These little beasts have caught the attention of many, but remained out of reach...
Well, now they can be yours!
Hasbro Toy Shop has posted links to the three yet to be retail released Terrorcons:

Who combine with

to form
Transformers Prime Beast Hunters Cyberverse Abominus
And you can find the figures at the following links:
Blight
Rippersnapper

Or possibly like G1 Predaking, having WindRazor's wings detach to clip onto the bck of Hungarr.
Or, now that I think of it, if you used WindRazor's beast form as the center of Abominus, and had his arms/wings back as wings, his bird-head would be Abominus's head, you could even maybe shift the entire gestault forward and down to form a huge gestaualt-drgon tye form

So I'm hoping to still have a chance. Be over there today (Doctor's appt, and his office is like 8 minute walk away from Target).
If I'm lucky enough to get one, I'll be sure to try my idea and post if/how it turns out... unless someone else here gives it a go first.

At current, Abominous looks like he's more limbs than torso. But I digress and I will still buy him with the rest of the Terrorcons. That is, if I can find Hun-Gurr to begin with. I can't believe there's only two of him to a case of 12, leaving Bumblebees, Airachnias, and Soundwaves to warm the pegs. Who am I kidding? Of course I can believe this is how Hun-Gurr is packaged. It is Hasbro I'm talking about here. Hasbro finally makes a Combiner that FANS are excited about and they make it damn near impossible to find the main figure that binds them altogether. That'll be my luck with these figures. When the other three hit the stores, I'll find and buy them but I'll still be without a Hun-Gurr. That'll bite.
Wouldn't it be great if Hasbro and Takara actually LISTENED to its fans and produced more combiners, only bigger, perhaps at least Deluxe size. Oh wait, sorry. I must've dozed off and had the most wonderful dream.
Hell, it only took them 30 years to get the Triple-Changers right (which I picked up my Springer and Blitzwing today at my local Wal-Mart Super Center). And like most fans, I want a do-over with Astrotrain and Octane so that they're Voyager Class too.
Target is getting the Abominus gift pack, and my guess is that it'll be the easiest way to actual collect this set, cause... yeah, I'm 100% in agreement with your statements.
The figures sold out on Hasbro Toy Shop ALREADY. What was that? Less than 10 hours after the news was reported on here? I have to be awake in the middle of the night on the off chance that Hasbro Toy Shop will carry 5 copies of a Rippersnapper, so I can buy one?!?
Can someone at Hasbro PLEASE explain the distribution situation with their TF toys? It's unbelievable that in an age of retail homogeneity, looking for the latest TF toys is a bigger gamble than a rigged roulette table in a back alley. With the ever rising price of gas, it's become an unsustainable LOCAL hobby. I'd really rather see the figures in an actual brick and mortar, but more and more, I'm seeing online shops (like Hasbro Toy Shops) as the only viable way to get FAN-POPULAR figures.
Is there a particular corporate impediment that keeps Hasbro from applying the sales data from its own online shop to the projected sales of TF's across all retail in the country? Surely, this kind of "SOLD OUT INSTANTLY!" phenomenon would encourage them to make assortments with better figures people actually want to buy? Surely?

It's been on Hasbotoyshop since 2PM yesterday.
My understanding is HTS is not actually ran by Hasbro, it is just another retailer that has to order products from Hasbro like anyone else. Also I'm sure they'll put more stock up.

I can understand that. Altogether, I paid a touch over $50 for the (7) figures, which qualified me for free shipping. I haven't seen any Cyberverse figure go for less than $5.99 in nearly a year, and most places have the BH Deluxes for 13-15 dollars, so I figure I got the best retail prices I'm likely to see. Besides, since it shipped free, I'll save all the gas I'd have used driving around looking for them, so it's really win-win.
