That’s surprising considering the Haslab HISS Tank’s success.
I do wonder if the order that the brands are listed in reflects their priority, cause it be funny as Hell if Transformers beat out D&D and Magic: The Gathering but isn’t as important to Hasbro as a 7ft. pig.

Who cares if they play it if they can keep selling re-releases skinned with new IPs.

Pretty much. The big message since the last Investor's Day is that they'll be focusing on "lesser, better brands", a phrase which here means "focus exclusively on our current big cashcows at the expense of anything else".
I just hope they don't let the more obscure brands slip under the radar and expire by the time they want to use them, like what happened with Inhumanoids.

As long as they buy it, it doesn't matter what they do after the point of sale.

It'll be interesting what this will actually mean for the transformers brand with more money going to it

Yup, most parents I know switched their kids over to Bluey (despite the dads feeling intimidated by Bandit) over the pig.

I tried, my kids eventually reverted back to Peppa. But neither are Cocomelon, the true beaat of child's entertainment.
