Shanghai GM has revealed a new Chevrolet Trax Transformer from the upcoming Transformers: Age of Extinction. The full article, which is in Chinese, can be found by clicking here. If the character will actually be featured in the film or if this is just a marketing tie-in remains to be seen. However, Seibertron.com member mirageandjazz1197 has pointed out that several Chevy Trax in various colors were spotted with Galvatron back during the filming. We've mirrored the images below:

Whoever it is, that silhouette sure looks cooler than the one Mudflap had. Hopefully it's a different, less negatively stereotypical character from him.

I like this. So much cooler then boring million dollar European sports cars that don't exist outside of private collections. Hopefully character gets a figure.

He might be in the film. And I am thinking the others may share the same robot mode, as all of them are chevy trax. They might be decepticons soldiers, like vehicon.

Its more cool when you see them in real life. Ive seen countach, diablo, testarossa, lotus on the street. Ive never seen none of these bay cars on the street. And I live in miami, not some small town. These cars might as well be pure fiction. Dont get me wrong, they look awesome, but it makes the movie kind of fake.

This character reminds me of Shane Dyson's race car, the Chevrolet Sonic RS, but I don't know if Shane's car can transform.

Anyways, million dollar European collector cars are go fast super cars. I personally would love to see such cars in the Transformer Franchise so I can collect them as awesome figures.

anyways there were multiple of these seen on set with Galvatron in different colors too.

a total of 20 of them were seen in storage.

the video is proof of it i was there.

I did not of multiples of these cars. I wonder what Bay has in store for us.

I see what you mean. It's cool when you can ACTUALLY own a car that was a transformer. But still.

Just for shiggles, I once saw Countach on the road, driving to Denver. It was all white. I look in my mirror and see it coming up on my tail, and I said "that thing looks like a jet fighter!"
