Walmart, Toys R Us, Kapow Toys: Big Deals on Titans Return, Combiner Wars Box Sets, and More

Thanks to multiple sources and alerts from fellow members, we bring to you today information about several different stores offering lots of cool deals on the latest Transformers figures.

First up is a deal from Kapow toys for those living in the United Kingdom. Among the long list of figures currently for sale at Kapow are the Combiner Wars sets of Computron, G2 Bruticus, and G2 Menasor, which are currently going for £75, £70, and £50 respectively. Also included are big sales on Titans Return guys, which include £12 deluxes. There are numerous other deals on older figures as well as Masterpiece figures and Platinum sets, so head on over anc go get yourself some new figures!

Up next are a pair of deals for the United States that at first appeared to be local sales but now appear to be widespread deals. Up first is Walmart, which appears to be rolling back all Titans Return deluxes to a mere $9.88. This has been reported by at least 3 different members in different parts of the United States, so it would seem that all Walmarts, or at least most of them, are rolling back those deluxes. You can find a photograph that was shared to us by member Mangamike that was also confirmed by member Emerje and D-Maximus_Prime for the prices below.

Up next for Americans comes news from Toys R Us, which has started some deals on Transformers that include, among other things, a deal on normally $9.99 legends class dudes now being on sale 2 for $15, saving you $5. The link is below. Also, Transformers Robots in Disguise Warrior class figures are now on rollback to $9.99, down from the regular price of $14.99, and there will be a deal starting October 27 where you can spend $100 and get $10 off your entire order, or you can get $15 off your whole $100 or more order with your TRU card in store. Also thrown into the random set of deals that is rocking the web right now is news that Combiner Wars Computron is not only available on Amazon, as previously reported, for $80, but it appears Walmart has dropped him down too, as found below.

Yeah my Walmart started doing that I got the whole first wave for 39.52 didn't get the titan master my Walmart did not have them or the legends class or leader class.

Yeah, I've noticed that these sales always happen when there isn't much left on pegs. It's a win for anyone that held out though.

I have a KO G1 that I did paid 100$ for. So I really don't feel the need to own this guy. Not even the 3p figures. :/

Cant tell, its a different market. Loud Petal is an exclusive so Japanese stores didnt stock him. When a product is limited, it could suck and be unpopular but its limited nature would still make up for the lack in demand (like the Cloud Figures).

BTW, I mentioned this on the Toy Haul thread a few days ago, but probably should've put it here. Just to piggyback off the Target 20% off coupon:

"Also, for anyone interested, in addition to the 20% discount on Target toys, they also have a 10% off wish list items. You need to download their mobile app to get a unique 1 time code. But it works and you can stack it with the 20% off. Snagged the coneheads for $59 cuz of tax. The bad news is that Target doesn't have a lot on their website. They do have Computron, which should work out to a little under $80 after tax."

Because 20% off is good, but stacking another 10% off is better. That's how I got the seekers for $59 after tax.

Also, I just noticed that CW Computron on Amazon has slipped to $73.05 as of this writing, and it was $74 when I started typing. Would love to see this slip into the $50s so I can pick it up for the hands and feet, sell off the bots.

Yea that was my initial thought. I think the price is dropping b/c there is a 3P seller offering it for that low price with Prime shipping. When that happens, Amazon will sometimes lower their listing to price match. You should still buy it from the 3P since there is usually no tax on that, with the awesome Amazon guarantee since it's Prime.

Down to $72..............

I was at Walmart (near Pittsburgh) this morning, and noticed that Wave 2 Titans returns were both in stock and on sale at $9.88. (I can post a receipt if proof is needed). HTS hasn't had Wave 2 yet, and my Walmart has horrible distribution, but there were a few there. I never saw them before today, and I never saw them at retail price. I picked up all four (WolfWire, Mindwipe, Highbrow, and Chromedome). They will probably be gone in a day. (My walmart has only a 3ft wide area devoted to transformers, and most of them are old, I almost always buy from HTS).

I am curious to see if it is a nationwide sale at Walmart, or just near Pittsburgh where they are on sale. It could be in response to what others have said about Target (I don't live close enough to Target to shop there regularly.) I couldn't find anything on Walmart's website to confirm.

Congrats! I need a walmart near me! The target by me will likely not carry it and TRU won't likely go that low.

We did report that this seems to be a widespread price drop, but I'm glad you found the wave 2 guys! I live about an hour and a half from Pittsburgh and I have yet to find any wave 2 guys of any sort
