Howdy, is anyone looking for Transformers Robots In Disguise Warrior class
Thunderhoof or
Quillfire? If you live in the US you may soon be in luck. Following the recent
Canadian sighting both Thunderhoof and Quillfire has been spotted a little farther south, actually much farther south at Wal-Mart in Baton Rouge, LA by this news staffer.
Both were found alongside fellow wave mate
Blizzard Strike Autobot Drift. A few of the other usual suspects (
Megatronus and
Fracture) where hanging on pegs next to them. To peep Thunderhoof, Quillfire and the rest of the RID Decepticon gang click
here.
Have you gotten these figures yet? Did you find them at retail? If so give your fellow Seibertronians a heads up in our
sightings area! Click the jump and tell us what you think about Thunderhoof, Quillfire and the rest of the Robots in Disguise figures in the discussion below.

Fellow Seibertronians, Thanks to yours Truly in rural Western Pennsylvania, we now have our first in hand look at the 2nd Minicon 4-pack! This Minicon pack was found at the Walmart in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania for $15.99 and features Hammer and Anvil, now known for their associating with Bisk, Undertone, partner to Ratchet, and Weapon Slipstream, the first in-hand look at a weapon minicon we have had!
I will also give you a quick mini
con-review of the figures themselves:
Hammer is an incredible little figure that features a solid Transformation into a cyclone, and his energon parts work very well for him. His colors work nicely and the red, blue and green make for an interesting combination. He features moving parts in his wings as well as a rotating tail.
Anvil is probably the weakest of the pack as he lacks any articulation and comes with no energon parts. He does make for a good gargoyle though!
Undertone is a nice little figure. He features moving arms and a nice fold up transformation. Now, in the show he is portrayed as a buzzsaw, and as a toy there are only Decepticon deployers that work with cyclones, making him an oddity. He does also have a nice double row of spikes going around the whole cyclone shape though.
Weaponizer Slipstream is the winner of the wave for me. He is an all new mold, though he shares the same transformation style as his buzzsaw counterpart. He comes with energon bits that give him the look of a 4-barreled gun and enables him to hold a pair of guns in robot mode. The energon bits work exceptionally well with this figure. He has a flip-down handle on his back that is long and enables all kinds of characters to hold him. He also features a brand new head sculpt.
I have mirrored the images below for your enjoyment. Check them out, and let us know what you think in the comments section below. And as always Stay tuned to Seibertron.com for all your latest Transformers News and Galleries!

Fellow Seibertronian Bumblebee21 has found the elusive Legends Wreck-Gar at retail. This toy has not been easy to find (it doesn't last 5 mins when sold from Amazon) and is part of a restock of the previous wave of Generations Combiner Wars Legends figures with him being the only new toy. This toy was found at Target in the US. If others have found this toy, please let the community now in the
sightings forum.

Fellow Seibertronian Shajaki has found the illusive second wave of 2016 for Robots in Disguise, the one constituting of Blizzard Drift/Thunderhoof/Quillfire wave in Alberta Canada. These were available online for a moments but have yet to be found in stores, as far as we know and this is a sign that it will hopefully be found in the rest of Canada and the rest of North America. If you have seen this wave in stores, please let us know, since it includes some sought after Decepticons. About Drift though, Shajaki sent us an in hand picture as well, enjoy!

The perks of returning to a country where Easter is fairly big on its chocolate eggs include coming across some Transformers: Robots in Disguise themed products too! Spotted by yours truly in the Florence area, Italy, the Kinder GranSorpresa Maxi for 2016 include two possible variations of Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Grimlock and Sideswipe - vehicle (plus dino) and robot - but no transformation, only minor articulation, and a few stickers. Some in-hand images of the Optimus robot are also mirrored below from Italian collector site
Giocattoli Vecchi!
