Episode #110 "Crazy Devy" is available directly and in our RSS Feed and should appear on iTunes, and Stitcher Radio within 24 to 48 hours of when you see this news post.
First up, we want to welcome our final auditioner, Samsonator to the show tonight!
Revealed at the Nuremberg Toy Fair recently was a blurry green and purple blob we'd like to think of as Devastator.. (Hey what a minute, is that Jon 3.0?)
Plus we received some sad news from the club this week... RIP Club Seekers.
Up next, Takara revealed more images of their upcoming release of Unite Superion with some slight true to G1 modifications.
Also released were images from Takara's new Adventure line which has some interesting characters involved.
Hasbro teased us with some images of Combiner Wars Rodimus and Skywarp...and..could that be Hotspot and Groove? Will we end up seeing Defensor?!? Let the speculation begin!
The Masterpiece crazy rumor train continues to barrel down the tracks with (no pun intended) MP-25 Tracks, MP-26 Red Tracks / Road Rage and MP-27 Ironhide.
Hasbro decided to bring back the idea of a fan built bot again for the Combiner Wars line and boy does the cast have a great idea for one...
Up next, we chat about the new in hand images of Takara Cloud TFC-A04 Roadbuster
We chat briefly about the excellent new comic, Punishment. Which if you don't want to hear spoilers skip 01:27:30 - 01:28:21!
Quick shout out to Seibertron for reaching 3500 Galleries! Congratulations!!
And of course we close out the night with a round of Bragging Rights
Well, that wraps things up for another episode! We really hope you enjoyed listening.
Don't forget, the show only gets better if you tell us how. Drop us a review on iTunes and be sure to tell us what you love, what you hate, and what you want to hear!
Not on the show to give your take? Probably not, so don't forget to keep the discussion going on the Seibertron.com Energon Pub Forums by simply replying to this post!
Got a question for the Twincast? We take all of them, we just don't take them all seriously! Leave a question in the Ask the Twincast thread and, if it makes the cut, it may get read and answered on the show.

If I can't vote for myself, I vote for Megatronus. There needs to be someone representin' for the coasts.

We will then post your vote for all to see. (We won't do that.)

You can see him behind Jazz when the Autobots are leaving Cybertron.
Behind Sideswipe when the Autobots attackthe Decepticons at the dam
And he was even infected by the hate plague in Return of Optimus Prime, apparently angry with Superion.

I keep forgetting that G1 reissues are a thing again, somehow, and how much I'm looking forward to Trypticon and Blitzwing. Great fembots and Devastator, along with the other combiners, are probably taking over my brain.
All of ^THIS^ is a much more fitting "Thrilling 30's" for Japan at the very least.
I listened to the Twincast when it was released but I wouldn't be surprised if I listened again over the weekend.
As for voting, was there a stickied thread? I couldn't find it. If memory serves there was megatronous, (twice?) SW's Silverhammer, Leader Ultra Magnus, RodimusConvoy13, and Samsonator. Sorry if I forgot someone. Five, right?
At any rate, keep it up y'all!
Long live Seibertron!

First time in a while that Counterpunch has hosted, so maybe that? He's much better than I am at it

Don't go selling yourself short now.

By some miracle, the South Lyon MI store had an amazing selection of '87 and '88 toys even into the early '90s! In '91, I got Squeezeplay for my August birthday and Horri-Bull for Christmas, and then in Easter of '92, Fangry became the last G1 toy I would ever receive outside of the secondary market, and I love them all; screw their Masterforce counterparts!
I was rarely in Service Merchandise, but for me it'll always be the Voltron store, because that's the only place I ever saw the Castle of Lions.
D&C was my favorite chain growing up, because they were only store actually in my hometown of Northville that had a huge selection of TF and Joe toys, plus every mid-'80s robot line sold in the States, despite being relatively small (most folks classify it as a 5 and dime). I think that's the only place I ever saw a Night Raven. And it was once again in South Lyon that a D&C allowed me to complete my Terrorcon collection by Christmas of 1990.
But technically the store that kept G1 around the longest was the K-mart at 7-mile and Farmington, with that one Snaptrap on a top shelf, all through G2. Never bought him, because he was one the only '88 'Cons I actually got that year, so any time I went G2 shopping at K-mart, he'd be up there laughing at me for not bugging my parents to get me the 5 smaller Seacons instead.
Sorry for the rant on my personal dying days of G1, but this is the first time I've ever heard anyone acknowledge the existence of Big Wheel in the 2 decades since it stopped turnin'.
Great show!

Oh, Scotty. It's not you, it's me. I know I give you some ribbing every now and then but that's just what guys do.
We all make mistakes and I ultimately can't fault you for the occasional technical gaffe. What it really comes down to is the chemistry.
If I was hosting there's no doubt I'd stop the show cold with some political or philosophical rant. (and who wants to sit through that!?)
The thing I remember most about you is how you helped me find that Browning.
One of these days I'll hear on a Twincast, "Our own resident Convoy said..." followed shortly after by, "He's not always a prick."
I figured you all had the final vote to yourselves so I'll leave it at that.
It's time for another listen despite the audio quality from the prospective member.

Yeah, it was a bit weird hearing how horribly my audio came through... I wonder if it's just my microphone, or my connection... rest assured that if I ever get another shot on the show I'll at least have the microphone thing sorted.Convoy wrote:It's time for another listen despite the audio quality from the prospective member.

I didn't think your audio came in poorly - it was pretty good, actually. Well, compared to mine, anyway.
If I get on, I'll be buying a new microphone for sure.
