Thanks to the intrepid efforts of fellow Seibertron user, Alekese, the images have been proved to be the work of a customiser who created these on commission. There us still traces of the original paint that can be found on these figures.
Original article follows:
Greetings Seibertronians! Fellow Seibertron user, Mindmaster, has let us know that a few new photos have surfaced on twitter, reportedly showing two new Transformers Kingdoms (and/or Transformers Selects) products!
The images come from Twitter user, Sousi, who had this to say:
The images show off two grey prototype looking versions of the Transformers Kingdom Cheetor and Optimus Primal figures, with completely new, unseen before heads. Speculation is rife that the Cheetor toy seen here is the leaked Shadow Panther toy, while the is no news of a battle masked Optimus Primal figure, but it wouldn't be unheard of for such a variant to debut as either an exclusive or under the Transformers Selects line.
Of course we also have no idea yet if these are even real as they could be well made customs, so, as always with news like this, take it with a large pinch of salt until more evidence becomes available.
Though as you can see from the image below, they do look like the prototype we have seen in the past like this article from 2016:
What do you think of these images? Fact or faked? Would you have likes to have seen the Netflix Optimus Primal release sport his battle mode head?

That's right, the title basically says it all. Thanks to Seibertronian EmoTim bringing this to our attention in the Energon Pub Forums! If you happen to be lucky enough to be in part of the USA with an Ollie's you could find yourself walking out with an Earthrise Leader for the super low price of $20! The deal can be found in the latest flyer dated for April 15. From Tim's own experience:
EmoTim wrote:Ollie's has a sale on Earthrise Leader Class figures for $19.99.
My local Ollie's had; Optimus Prime (WFC-E11) and Doubledealer (WFC-E23)
Definitely a deal worth looking into for those that can. Let us know in the forum what you find!

Takara Tomy put up a new video advert for MP-53 Skids and MP-54 Reboost on their site. If you live in Japan (or if you have a VPN ) you can see the video directly and browse the high definition pictures HERE.
For the rest of the world, or for those who want to go the simple route, our fellow Seibertronian Powered Convoy found the mirror of the video on YouTube. The video show more angles on both figures, some more feature like an opening hood that reveal the engine, and a very brief transformation demo. Watch it at your leisure below:

Greetings Seibertronians! Following on from the new images of the forthcoming Transformers Studio Series 86 Leader Class Slag (and Daniel), Facebook page, DaimChocReports, has shared more new images!
Thanks to fellow Seibertron user, Mindmaster, for sharing this news with us.
The true source of these pictures is unknown at this juncture, but if you know (or are) the true source then let us know so we can credit you appropriately.
These latest images show a better comparison with the already released, Leader Class Grimlock, and a look inside the Dinobots mouth to see his trademark flamethrowers (which look yo be blast effect compatible).
What do you think of these new images? Will you be having this Dinobot politely stepping on Quintesson followers?

Below you will find a description and images of the new Rodimus prime statue from XM Studios. The statue is said to be in 1/10th scale and while they say it is Rodimus Prime, it being this stylized makes it hard to see why it wouldn't simply be Hot Rod. Especially when the alternate vehicle they show is Hot Rod's and not Rodimus'.
This is available for preorder for a bit less than the $2000 mark.
XM Studios is excited to present our next 1:10 Scale Transformers Premium Collectibles series statue, Rodimus Prime! Each handcrafted statue is individually hand-painted with the quality finish. McDonalds was the first ever fast food chain to have a Transformers promotion, way back in the G1 era. Burger King took on a massive promotion for the live action movie era and lately we even had Transformers promotions at Wendy's. But what about Carl's Jr.? When are they getting their turn at TF goodness. Well, now is their time... in Mexico. That's right, Carl's Jr. locations in Mexico now have Transformers toys given in their kids meals as part of their current Hasbro promotion which is made up of Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and two characters from My Little Pony. The Transformers are using their evergreen designs. Prime has an action feature with his axe and Bumblebee is a non transforming robot that can be hidden inside his car mode. Both come with stickers for some much needed detail. The images below come from TF fan tankor92. If ever these come to the US, let us know.

Have you felt that recent Masterpiece offerings have priced you out of the line? Well Takara Tomy's new direction for 2021 returning to its roots of realistic vehicle modes and bot modes that combine both toy and cartoon aesthetics also comes with a price that may be hard to resist! Pre-orders are launching now in Japan at a tax inclusive MSRP of 10,780JPY (about $98.50USD), however, Japanese pricing being as it is, retail discounts like those offered by AmiAmi for Skids and Reboost, could be as low as 7,540JPY or only $69 each at the current exchange rate! We've rarely seen new MP prices that low on new figures!
And while Skids is certainly a value at that price while including his two guns, don't wright off Reboost and his enticing pack of accessories including three weapons, a clear holomatter driver and a "Component X" Honda Motocompo compact scooter that can fit in the back of his Honda City alt mode just like the original Diaclone! If you didn't care about Reboost before this attention to detail might change your mind.
Will you be buying either or both of the latest MPs to hit Japan or is this not enough to get you back into the MP game? Let us know in the Energon Pub Forums!

While the toy has been out for a little while, it is a rather pricey item and not every fan has jumped at the opportunity to get it. We had not posted a review yet and felt that maybe this could help any undecided fans as well as highlight the effort that fans in our community put towards making these reviews. We have one video review from chuckdawg1999 and one pictorial review from alekese, enjoy!
chuckdawg1999 wrote:
alekese wrote:Mine arrived yesterday, did a photoshoot today when I saw no one else had yet, although I have since been beaten to the punch for photos, so I went and did a pictorial/text review. I will crosspost to the review forum as well afterwards. Splitting it into two parts because of the 10 file limit. Post 1 is robot mode and leg transformation, 2 will be alt mode and blast effect.
Throughout the review I will be calling him X-guy, because "Ultimate X-panse" is just bad, but I haven't though of anything I like better.
First up is a size comparison with his 'pretool' ss jetfire, and ss86 grimlock. He is taller than both, but only because of jetfire's hunched posture.
X-guy's biggest strength is definitely his robot mode articulation. His arms have 360 wrist swivel, 90 elbow bend, 360 bicep swivel, ~95 in/out shoulder pivot, 360 shoulder rotation, and a ball joint used for transformation that gives ~5 front/back butterfly and 90 upwards stretch. This last one especially allows him to do the hardest letter of YMCA for action figures.
His legs have '360' ratcheting hip rotation with ~95 of front/back clearance between back kibble and belt, his thighs have '180' of in/out pivot on a ratchet joint, but only 100 of clearance before hitting belt. 360 thigh swivel, double jointed knees, both ratcheted, with a collective 90 of front back due to leg shape/knee kibble, 5 past neutral in either direction ankle rocker, with an extra ~2 from the thruster being on an extra ball joint for altmode posing. Transformation joint lets him tap his toe impatiently. No photos here due to how straight forward it is.
Neck has full 360* so long as head's up/down hinge is all the way down or visor is over eyes, otherwise visor antenna lock onto kibble behind the head, locking into place. Up/down has ~10 clearance, eking out an extra ~2 with visor down. Visor rests at slightly below neutral when deployed, allowing him to 'look' down.
This brings us to the torso. Waist has 30 clearance either way before leg hits back kibble. Ab crunch(!) has 10 forward clearance before chestplate hits belt, and left/right spine rocker pin(!) has ~2 clearance at best either direction, but this goes up to ~7-10 when ab crunched forward. It is also loose, at least on my copy, and flops some, although the lack of clearance in neutral posture keeps it from being too annoying. The really impressive thing about both these joints is that they are completely gratuitous; they aren't used in transformation, only for robot articulation. Here are pics showing them off, with the chestplate transformed out of the way.
Most of the figure's transformation complexity is from the leg transformation, with a really clever double turnaround on the leg panels. However, the firmness with which they tab in can make it difficult to untab them to transform in either direction. You will also probably need to sacrifice a small child to get the various ratchets lined up perfectly to get things to play nice the first few times you transform it.
A note for transforming back into robot mode: there is a tab in the inside of the tailfin inherited from jetfire. It is important for clearance reasons that it tabs into its slot, shown here.
I can't attest as to the altmode's accuracy, having not seen the X-Men cartoon in question, but it does compare rather favorably with Jetfire as a more cartoony, stylized take on the iconic SR-71 silhouette.
X-guy is slightly shorter than Jetfire in length, due to the blunter nose. You can also see nearly every shared part, almost all of them part of the kibble backpack. There's the fuselage tail, the central fuselage and it's two 'wings', the shoulder wings, the vertical tailfins and the chunk of fuselage between the wings and the nose. Not seen is the connector that lets the central fuselage fold over the tail panel.
He's noticeably less hefty than Jetfire in hand, owing to having significantly less robot undercarriage. Not having a giant bobblehead, hunchback, and digitigrade legs will do that. This results in a much cleaner undercarriage, both from below and the side.
Probably the biggest real weak point of the figure is the side wings. The friction pegs holding them on aren't as good as they need to be. They wobble in place when touched, and pop off very easily when pressure is put against them. Fortunately, this same flaw means they are easy to reattach. Again, this might be a qc thing on my copy, but that remains to be seen.
Now for the accessories. He comes with 5 accessories: two pink blast effects compatible with 5mm ports (but not 3mm pegs like wfc blasts) resembling psyonic copies of Psylocke's psiblade and Wolverine's claws respectively, two plastic slugs of Wolverine and Sabretooth, and a small piece resembling Psylocke's 'psionic butterfly' aura. I didn't bother photographing anything other than the blast effects, because there isn't anything the stock photos don't show that's worth/easily photographable. The figurines are flexible enough that I suspect they are molded from the same pink flexplastic as the blast effects. but given that they are literally completely coated in paint, this is unverifiable without doing irreversible damage. Despite resembling the aura that surrounds Psylocke's face, the small plastic piece is too small to do the same for X-guy, and is only good as a belt for the slugs, as seen in stock photos. I also did not bother photographing the packaging or instructions.
The blast effects are meant to tab in to 5mm ports on the back of each hand. His hands themselves are not sculpted in a way that lets him hold weapons. Due to the pliable plastic used, the effects are uncooperative in being pegged in anywhere. Also of note is the correct orientation of the arm panels, mistransformed in stock photos.
There is storage for the two blast effects in both modes. In altmode, there are two 5mm ports in the armpits where the instructions tell you to put them. There are also 2 5mm holes on each foot, allowing for these or wfc effects to be used as thruster fire. (not shown) There are also 3mm holes on the side of each effect, allowing them to peg onto the 3mm posts on the landing gear at his waist.
All in all, a fairly large and fairly respectable leader class figure, with above and beyond articulation, marred by qc issues. If you were able to get him at discount for standard leader price or below as I was, it is definitely worthwhile. Whether it is worth the 30% Collaborative markup is up to personal preference.

Greetings Seibertronians! Thanks to fellow Seibertron user, Aronjlove, we've learned that the folks over at the Vector Sigma Facebook page have dropped a Bombshell, our first peek at the forthcoming Transformers Studio Series 86 Leader Class Slag and Daniel!
Slag, following Grimlock before him, looks extremely accurate to the G1 cartoon. Daniel seems to be another non-transforming addition to the figure like Wheelie with Grimlock, but that could be proven otherwise the more we get to see of the figure. Hopefully an official reveal us in our future.
Update:
Thanks to the intrepid efforts of fellow Seibertron user, Mindmaster, we now have a better photo showing off Daniel!

Several in our community have been finding the latest Transformers Studio Series toys at US and Canadian retail and we wanted to share. The wave 12 deluxe toys are SS-71 Dark Of The Moon Dino and SS-70 B-127 (Cybertronian Bumblebee). Those were found at Target in the US and at EB Games in Canada.
The wave 12 voyagers have also been found at Target in the US. That wave consists of SS-72 Starscream from the Bumblebee Movie and a repack of SS86 Hot Rod (see, we can all get along).
We thank DMaximus Primal for the image below and TFKevfan77 for the sightings.

With Wave 3 listings for Kingdom available on amazon, and some sold out already, maybe you'd like a head start on the rest of the line. There is a way to add the items to your wishlist and then preorder them from your wishlist. Like that you get a head start and you can always cancel a preorder if the toy doesn't look that great when it's revealed. Especially since Amazon has been more reliable than Walmart and Target at honouring preorders. And it's not just Wave 4 of Kingdom that is available this way on Amazon. You also have the rest of the 2021 Transformers Studio Series line including both Bayverse toys and 86 movie toys.
Let us know if it works for you and if you like these kinds of articles!

Galvatron is the part of the third Wave of Kingdom releases. He comes with a Matrix and chain accessory to replicate the scenes from the end of the movie after he has dealt with Ultra Magnus on Planet Junkion. He also comes with two guns that are dually designed to resemble the gun G1 Megatron came with and the space ship that Unicron gave him. In fact the ship can also be used in conjunction with HasLab Unicron.
